Margaret Thatcher was still a highly important person back in the 60s as she was an influential member of Parliament so Austin would likely know of her even if he wasn't aware that she had become Prime Minister since then.

I think right after she went to get help she was either killed or kidnapped, then they replaced her with the fembot. That's what I think happened.
I’d like to think Austin powers 1 is the only legit movie I like. Looking back I felt they sorta amped up the Ridiculous meter sky high . I mean atleast in the first one it’s sorta of I guess “ not over the top” compared to the other ones where they just escalated . Like for example imo the first one felt like a classic where as goldmember was just too much fart and sex jokes with a horrible plot . Personally I would push for Elizabeth Hurley to come back for the 2nd film . And if she still rejects my offer than fuck it I’m just leaving it as a stand alone movie . It just really pisses me off how she didn’t wanna return and they kill her off being a fembot. So sadly after yesterday I don’t consider Austin 2 and 3 canon anymore

@@thelordofsalem3044 The only henchman of Dr. Evil's that was there that could have killed Vanessa was Random Task if he woke up after being knocked out and killed and replaced Vanessa with a fembot. However, it would be surprising as to why he would want to kill Vanessa since it's Austin Powers that Dr. Evil wants dead. The only other person who could have replaced Vanessa was Alotta Fagina if Vanessa really was replaced.
