This is one of 5 tracks from the Sydney concert that have never been released
Gary was the best, his feel, speed, tone, style, he was just a master at work. Best ever!
Whoa!
Holy shit, Gary burnt that stage down!! Incredible!! My favorite version of this song!! RIP Gary Moore and Phil Lynott🙏
Great song! This version of the song is my favorite! 🙏RIP Phil and Gary
Gary and Phil are the Greatest
I wonder how many snobs & rich tossers on the North : Shore, or Potts’ Pony, etc, moaned about the ‘ noise ‘ ?…
The drummer is messing up the tempo. Definitely not Downey
that " empty " after Garys solo....that was Gary Moore, just unique guitar player
I'm sure Phil, Scott and Mick Ronson all fell out the same cloud. Such beautiful arrangements.
Gary was the greatest guitarist that ever walked this earth. Nobody and I mean nobody could match him. Yes they could and can come close, but Gary was just a cut above the rest! R.I.P Maestro 😊😎🎸🇬🇧🇺🇦
You are absolutely correct stevehanham9266.
epic moments never die!
Best and most skilled version ever Gary superb
ua-cam.com/video/R998BxzY8zM/v-deo.html Gary's solo on this re-recorded version is very sweet...
Some people have luck to die at their peak defying futility of many long fruitless years ahead and we can always remember them like that. Phil is one of them.❤
This is the one dude
bad footage.. but i was there
Sorry Robbo.
The best ballad song in the rock history !!! To this day this song makes me cry like a baby !! Since the very 1st time I heard this song in late 70's !! Such a gem 💎✨️💔💜🥁🐉🎤🎶💕💞
As soon as you heard that feedback and sustain you know it is Gary Moore - thanks for sharing this video!
This composition is a testament to the incredible musicianship of the late GREAT Gary Moore.
2:55 is everything
For those who don't know Gary played on the original version still in love with you on the night life album. I'm willing to bet that Gary played a big part in the writing of this song, but never got the credit, its got his name all over it. Still think Robbo's version is the best tho. Last of many times that I saw Gary Moore play was at the point Theatre Dublin doing a tribute gig for Philip called One Night Only. I have to say probably the best gig I ever went to. Incidentally Gary invited Robbo on stage to do still in love with you and Gary opted 4 Robbo's version. What a humbe credit to Brian Robertson.
Mark Nauseef lacks Brian's swing
I prefer Robbos solo anytime, its not how fast you play, the choice of notes.
Scott was a big influence in my playing and stage look. I'm now 59 and hair half down my back. Still playing.
That little hammer on lick at 3:26 is so sweet.
3:00
This is great, but I still think the only Thin Lizzy guitarist to really nail that first solo is John Sykes! Loved Gary Moore though, saw him live several times - epic axeman!😀
Gary's playing and style was INSANELY AWESOME!
ALL guitar Man Thin Lizzy's was awesome! Phil Lynott knew.
Notwithstanding the undisputed greatness of Gary Moore but still think Brian Robertson's solo on the Live and Dangerous album is actually better.. on this particular track.
Love the Digital Delay
Scott could hold his own, with any guitarist in the world!
Man!! That is some solo by Gary Moore.
this solo is incredible Gibson first
Nie mogę się nasłuchać tego numeru
putain c'est bon !!
PRICELESS!!! I LOVE Gary"s amazing solo!!!
. Guy
Used to listen to this back in the eighties with my late wife and my lovely children, loved it then and still love it now. RIP Phil and Gary thanks for everything.
Nobody and I mean nobody in the so called music industry of today could ever lay it down like this. It’s over.
One of the great live band's i ever seen. 🔥
EVERY VERSION OF THIS IS AMAZING
Scott Gorham!
Gary..flash..Scott...steady..a rock............
This how it's done: ua-cam.com/video/8Xixz2Ydj8g/v-deo.html&ab_channel=CraigPrice-Guitarist
Love the band, love the song but this wasn't their night.
That audience didn’t appreciate those mesmerizing solos in my opinion but thankfully I get to for them ✨
Such beautiful artists in one
Brilliant
