Strange old week. Tim departing and Matt returning, sort of sums up our up and down fortunes this past few years. Game of two halves if ever I seen one. Kyle Rowley is an immense player with a great temperament, JJ had his marker on toast second half and Cartel Dawkins got his foot in many times. To mention the keepers error seems a little harsh but boy did he put a shift in afterwards. Big shout for Billy and George indeed the entire squad. Mon you Red's.

Bit of a tangent, how are so many teams able to spend so much cash all the time? I get it with the likes of Kettering, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Telford and the like, but Spalding are able to splash the cash? I'm sure there's other 'not so big' cats like Bedford, Alvechurch & Stratford that have nowhere near the level of support of the top teams, so I just don't understand how they can sustain it. Even with a sugar daddy, there are only so many promotion spots to go around, not everyone can make it and when the cash dries up, look what happened to Nuneaton and Coalville...Makes me proud of the great work Dave and co have put in to keep us competing amongst such riches, whilst endeavouring to keep us sustainable at all times COYR

Good overall performance especially with the recent player changes, the only difference between us and Moneybags FC was our set piece defending which needs work.

You can slow the penalty incident down as many times as you like, It wasn't given because it hit a Kettering arm, it was given for hitting a Redditch arm BEFORE it hits the Kettering players arm. Also you can't tell if the whole of the ball had crossed the line either. What I did notice is you didn't complain or slow down the Redditch goal, that should never have stood as it was a clear foul on the Kettering defender. Kettering were far from their best yesterday but deservedly won the game

That certainly wasn't a dubious penalty decision that changed the game, it was flaming outrageous 😮. I suggest the referee and assistant book an appointment with their opticians, so they can read the rule book and improve their eyesight when officiating at games and see what is going on. 😡

Agree with Tim for most of this, we were good today considering 2 defensive debuts and the midweek loss of arguably our best player. With our shooting boots on and better refereeing we should have at least a draw. One thing that needs improving however is defending set pieces, we have looked disorganised and panicky for some weeks now from set pieces, 2 conceded today following corners. That should be an easy fix once the defenders have some training sessions though. Looking forward to playing Worcester, it's been a while! UTR!

It was disappointing to lose the game, but i certainly wasn't disappointed with the performance, the lads battled alk the way to the final whistle. The whole game changed on a very dubious penalty decision, then we are chasing the game. Tim is shaping his team and style of play he wants and is doing a fantastic job. The players he brought in this week i thought had a fantastic game and will prove excellent signings. We lose top players,on that note good look Jayden at your new club. Tim deserves so much credit in his recruitment, we will build a team to win promotion and won't buy our way up. We are certainly not playing on a level playing field, when a club can spend more money on 1 player that would equal most clubs playing budget for a season. Financial fair play? What a performance great away win very impressive

Fantastic result and performance from the lads. This squad is really starting to take shape,Tim is moulding a very very good side, brilliant work Tim and the entire coaching staff 👏👏👏👏. Fantastic save from Callum, solid at the back, midfield brilliant and now we have options up front and everyone is capable of chipping in goals. We may have a small budget compared to the other so called bigger clubs, who believe that they splash the cash and we buy our way up. We have what some ,lack,team spirit, fight for each other on the pitch , never say day due attitude. So proud of the team, keep it lads we know as fans you will always give us everything 💪👏👏👏👏

Credit where it's due, Callum was great today after a tough opening few weeks, caught everything that came into the box and made one superb save. 👌 Second half in particular the team were almost perfect, completely dominated, sharp, quick passing, lethal in front of goal. Liked the look of the two new attacking lads, both looked sharp and will give more options off the bench. Well done everyone, UTR!

Crazy that nobody seems to be under contract. We can't build a team when the personnel changes every other week, getting younger and younger too. The core from last season should have been under contract, if we could afford it last season we can afford it this with bigger crowds and big sponsorship.

These videos are a great insight into the everyday workings of Redditch United. Would be great to see more in the future. Players come and go, especially at this level (being non contract.).We have seen some good signings come to the club recently.Players will come to Redditch I,m sure of that,especially when we are getting higher attendance for games.Over a thousand for the Borough game.Tim will stand and fall by results,as do all managers.Back the lads and management and I believe will make the playoffs.COYR.

Adam was amazing for Redditch. We will miss him terribly. Not convinced Callum is the right choice but I'm not a manager. The club needs more money to be competitive.

Top performance, we are either Jekyll or Hyde at the moment! Looked much tougher in midfield and better organised at back. Marv looks a great focal point in attack with JJ and JW running off him. Not impressed with the goalkeeper situation though, we've lost a very good goalkeeper in Adam and the new guy doesn't look convincing especially at corners. But I'm sure Tim knows what he's doing when it comes to keepers. 😂 UTR!
