This is NOT a Tornado or a Waterspout, this is just rotor running off the side of the hill....just an airflow effect.

the most of a tornado i ever saw was 6 leafnadoes colliding but i live down south east so i don't get as much winds as up by the lake district

cool spin up however I'm almost certain this isn't a tornado it looks like a gustnado over water I bet if that hit you though it wouldn't have been pleasant but I've seen these before over water during days of severe gales it's just the normal flows and gusts of wind just being highlighted by the water but those eddys of wind are happening all the time in a windstorm just need dust or debris or water in this case to make them visable very nice footage by the way 😁😁

That's definitely a tornado. Was it in contact with the cloud above? It looked like there were a couple of vortices.
