I am overwhelmed by your ability to listen and engage in such a natural way. It was like a performance of chamber music when the instruments have a conversation in which one line emerges from the other seamlessly. The beauty comes naturally. Jose is so warm and welcoming and genuine, and you clearly share the very same traits. I resonated with the view of the world that you both shared. It is difficult for me to listen to podcasts for any more than a half hour or so. It was like a great novel that once you start, you just can't put down. I couldn't stop listening. Thank you!

Isn’t that just a complicated synonym for „personifying sth“ or did I missed a lecture somewhere..?? Don’t get me wrong- that a magnificent word and genius in its structure but isn’t there a more practical solution.. just curious ^^

A poem about the pressures of life. For me my biggest struggle is poison. “Pressure of Poison,” by me. There is pressure, pressure, pressure in my temple down to my toes, pulsating throughout my body, beating faster than my heart can beat. The pressure to not smoke weed or feed my body with poison. The pressure of poison surrounds me, “How do I pull the plug from my body just to feel it release?” *Breathe* Maybe if I wait for the wave to pass the tide will take it away returning to me with peace.

The undiagnosed sense The sixth sense You feel it in your solar plexus Infectious intuition When you say yes But feel no Listen the silence that expands in stomach She has something to say Stay still long enough to hear That the fear is in the fight of knowing what’s right Put down your fists The answer sits inside Invite them in To rest To nest To sleep To stretch out worry Let calm seep out pores For you are one more breath away From knowing what to do with today . . . . This poem was written after making the tearful decision to not travel overseas. Three days later my trip was completely cancelled. Listen to your gut
