    what about lagree? in terms of building muscle ?

      @@onmyownpath-r1m good question!! Lagree is also more muscle endurance based. Building muscle requires a heavier resistance and more load. It’s fine to add in as apart of your workout split but still ensure you’re leaving room for recovery days as well
