You know it’s a shitty writing when you see Matt somehow loses the track of Jessica and ends up being followed by her.. given his acutely sharp and sensitive senses of hearing and smelling. This is worse writing when you make the character “Matt/Daredevil” lose one of his main qualities - his focus of sensory perception.

Matt if you really didn't want Jessica to know why didn't you just continue the blind act until we get to Nelson's and Murdock's law firm.
