How to use spray paint on metal surface. I had applied on my car wind screen blade holder.
List of material used.
1 Vista spray paint.
3 Sand Paper P320.
4 Abro tape.
How to use?
Scrub the metal surface using sandpaper thoroughly it removes the rust & gives smooth finish.
clean it thoroughly with wet cloth & dry it for some time.
Apply the Abro tape where the paint is not required.
Hang the metal part 〽️ where it must be easier to spray the paint at 360 digree rotatable.
Spray the paint maintaining 1feet of distance.
Apply 2 To 3 Three coatings it's done 👍🤹.
16 years old metal turned into brand new.

Hi friend, thanks for posting. You explained much,wanted by me. Major points covered. Some of terms like radiator oil and petrol fuel light are not correct. Coolant and engine oil indicator are the correct term. Thanks for showing coolant brand and engine oil specified as 5w30. Heater pipe removed and showing the place. Met with Accident or not can be seen is new to me I am telling these things, because I am owning this flair...model...Josh engine. So to say we are sailing the same boat. Once again thanks

If the r.p.m is kept below 1500 in the city run, 11.5 kpl; Below 2000 r.p.m. in the highway , 18/19 kpl.

while removing the kick do i need to remove the penium which helps the clutch to rotate the kick and stays connected to the kick? or just kick shaft?

Sridhar Roy clutch cover we need to fix 220cc bike then only oil cooler can be fixed. So kicker we need to remove.

bala mani iam using almost from 8 months its working fine no problem its simple process all are 220cc spares we have fitted but need good mechanic to fix this.in long drive it is useful.

bala mani its a easy method to fix. Go to shivaji nagar damage vehicle seized vehicle will be ther aske them to give 220cc bike outer clutch cover with cooler or cooler u can buy in shoe room. Just remove ug4 clutch cover & fix 220cc clutch cover. This will fix

Ganesh Parker he changed the gear box to a avenger gear box so no kick
Ganesh Parker outer clutch cover we need to fit 220cc bike clutch cover then only we can fix the cooler. & kicker will be removed it is a simple process but need good mechanic.

Ganesh Parker No need to change any gear box & kicker rod can be easily removed but u need to fix 220 avenger clutch cover. note new one will not fix. you need to buy some used bike parts from shivajinagar secoends spares shop Just aske them to give outer clutch cover of 220 with cooler or cooler u can buy new & fix for it.
