RC builds RC paint work RC run videos. Thanks to Bob's hucklebuck RC & stuff for getting me going on this. I've been running RC cars for over 30 years and it's all ways been just for fun. I loved to build cars when I'm not building real cars.

Thank you for sharing! I'm so jealous... I want to get to my LMT project soon!!! 😅
@@galkawarrior The best part or the wait is planning it all out I can't wait to see what you do with your's. Thank you for watching and commenting.
DUDE, THATS AN AWESOME RUN VIDEO!!!!!!!!! I see the BH made its camera preview....
@@UncleBobsRC Thank you so much for commenting and watching. Yeah well I have enjoyed it for about a year so it was time Plus the LMT Joker is still down for now.
Very cool snow course and bash👍
@@RCBirds Thank you very much for watching and for the comment.
super rock rey is a beast, awesome snow rip, im jealous of your snow ❄️❄️❄️❄️👍👍😀😀
Lol you can have it. It has been very heavy and wet it finally got cold enough for a decent video. Hopefully the lmt and lmt big hog goes out next.
Hey Kev, a great snow ripping session ! The Losi was working really hard, but still took your punishment in its stride 😊😊 if in doubt, the the Losi to carve a track out 😂😊😂Kev Style 😂😂😊😊best wishes to you and the family 😎🙏😉keep warm 🥶
@@JF-RC Hi John thank you for stopping by. The Rock rey is a beast it had about five to ten pounds of snow in it after the run I'm guessing. You can see it has a bit more pep at first. Best to you and the family.
Why does Mel think your yard isn't big enough for a track? Awesome run dude!!!!! Dude, love the intro!!!
@@UncleBobsRC Hey thanks man. Ha ha the yard well the kid needs room to practice soccer.
@@madmustangrc214 Was joking....
@@UncleBobsRC but if I did have a little more space a track would for sure be on the list.
Nice snow run. That is one cool dessert buggy👍
@@MechanicallyFun Thank you and thanks for watching. Yes I feel it's a pretty awesome RC.
Always fun to get out and rip around in the fresh snow! I am sure it weighed 30lbs once you were all done! not a lightweight one to begin with but all that snow weight adds up quickly inside of them! I know my granite and big rock both doubled in weight when I ran them around.
@@AddamsPlayground this is a fact I was going to head back out later that day but it was still thawing. I had a blast. The only bummer is the LED lights didn't really show up well. Thanks for watching Addam.
Great fun 👍🏻
@@DustyFingersRC It was a blast thanks for checking in.
Nice! No snow here anymore… I can’t wait to get to my LMT project, but I have a few a head if it… 😅
We still have a bit of it it's pretty deep in some spots here thanks for watching.
Hi Kev, oh that looked like great fun, cold, but great fun 😊😊best wishes to you and the family 😎🤗😉
@@JF-RC hi John just kinda playing around thanks for watching. Best to you and yours.
Oh, Deep & Heavy!!!!
@@UncleBobsRC That it is.
Hi Kev, a great review of the two sound units and the pros & cons of them, depending on what model(s) you want them to be installed in. The iron ring with the wire wrapped around it, is called an inductor. In this application, the inductor is acting as a filter of the signals from the receiver, to prevent cross talk of stray frequencies from your other electronics in the car. The issue with website, sounds like the security certificate from the website is not up to date and your computer is just warning you to check if you trust the website. Anyway, a great review! I hope that you and the family are keeping well, best wishes to you all 😎🤗😉
Hello John thank you I knew my good friend would help me out with this. My guess was kind of not really close lmao. Thank you for checking in Hope all is well with you and your family.
Great look at the two systems. I like the ESS for the customization. If you ever want to go that route, about halfway into a video I made I show the process with .wav file splicing. Have a great weekend. ua-cam.com/video/HA2hmKNzgDY/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared
@@All_RC_Fun awesome I will take a look at that. Thank you very much for watching and commenting.
Nice run down of the features and pros and cons of them. I have the GT Power one and other than farting around to find the sound I wanted from it for a while I do like it a lot. I will try out the ESS one at some point as I do like the longer duration and shifting when on throttle.
@@AddamsPlayground when I first heard it shift I was like. What did that really just do that?
DUDE!!!!! That does sound good... The first sound you played, it hit the rev limiter, Skyline too...A little Dixie too loud, just need a General Lee, LOL. GreenhawkRC/Yodadarkside has a Kyosho Gen. Lee... I can see them getting this just for that.... LOL. Great video man!!!!
@@UncleBobsRC he could have that and a engine sounds for sure. Thanks for watching and commenting.
well thanks for that, now i know what to buy.
@@mrcollins2479 I hope it did actually help if you have anymore questions feel free to ask. Thanks for watching and commenting.
The vibe in the basement and the donuts was awsome.
@@02mp9696 Thank you and thanks for watching.
that throaty sound is awesome 👌👌👍👍👍😎😎😎
@@rcplaytime Thank very much for watching and commenting. The sound system is a game changer for me.
Hey Kev, now that is a real performer. At first with the jumper cables and the controlled, steady crawling, I was thinking this was going to be a scale looking session, then all of the sudden, it takes off like a scolded rat! Donuts, drifting and ripping like a devil possessed! Awesome machine and that body has turned out great with the lights, sound and everything😊😊best wishes to you and the family 😎🤗😉
@@JF-RC LOL 😂😆🤣 it's only a 2300kv I was going to do a scale deal but the background wasn't right so I figured full send 😂. The Description of it taking off is great I could help but start laughing. Thank you for stopping in. Best wishes to you and the family.
@ hey Kev, yeah the ‘takes off like a scolded rat’ phase is a typical older generation British slang saying 😎🤗😉
@@JF-RC good old second gear helped that out for sure this one is not the sport so it has all the bells and whistles.
WOAH Kev!!! That thing is just crazy, I wasn't expecting that kind of speed! Loved the into too... the finished rig looks fantastic and goes like a rocket with the lights and sounds! Pity about the front diff but I'm sure it's sorted by now! 😎👊👍
@@MarkBryanRC Hello there Mark thank you very much it is very quick and I did actually use a crawler motor. The front diff I'm thinking might be a victim of the not enough power might need a BEC. With everything running and on I don't think the servo was moving far enough. Thanks for watching.
Agree man, if it's for the "rocks" no need for a concourse paint job but man, freaking awesome job (here's one we talked "texted" about filler and I forgot to comment)... Hard clear coat should cut down on scratches... Yeah man, rubber "sanding blocks" is what every painter knows about and body guys.... Never figured you as a "JEEP" guy, now all you need is a mini rubber ducky.. LOL
@@UncleBobsRC ROFLMAO No rubber ducks for me. Yes we did talk about all this on the phone. With every scratch from here on out is practice for simulated rust.
Dude, sorry I missed this man..... Alloy fuel cell looks trick... I seen the finished truck but I keep forgetting to comment... And thanks for the mention... Yes I watched this twice...
@@UncleBobsRC No worries Bud thanks for stopping by and watching.
Dude, that's AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jumper cables were a great touch... Plus you used the Mini-T track, LOL... Fix that locker.....
@@UncleBobsRC Thanks man you notice the jumper cables lol. The track was a little small but a great test spot. Thank you for watching and commenting.
@@madmustangrc214 I did yes, that poor jeep had to jump the ford... I think I'm caught up.... LOL
@@UncleBobsRC lmao yeah ok.
Nice, it was ripping the donuts! It is cool to have all the locking and unlocking and 2 speed but I do prefer the simplicity of the single speed locked all the time reliability. The sound units are pretty cool too, I should get another for my Bronco.
@@AddamsPlayground Sound was a game changer for me but I did use to run nitro cars. The bronco has never let me down I think I may have messed something up with all the moving parts around I'll get it figured out thanks for watching. Oh the doughnuts were only possible because of the Kyosho rampage tires. They are much harder foam and rubber then crawler tires.
were did you get the sound box from? and can you change the cars its for, or is it just the one?
@@mrcollins2479 The Bronco is a G.T. power sound simulator. The Jeep is using the ESS-ONE. ESS-ONE came from amain hobbies. The G.T. Power came from Amazon.
@@mrcollins2479 yes you can change all kinds of sounds I will be doing a video on them both.
@@madmustangrc214 sweet thanks. just found your channel and subscribed. ill be on the look out 4 it.
@@mrcollins2479 Thank you so much and thanks for watching.
Thanks Kev, it was a pleasure seeing this creation come together. Not perfect? Looks marvelous to me pal! Such a labour of love and a ton of detailing but worth it for the end result. Looking forward to see the finished item! Cheers! :D
@@MarkBryanRC Hello Mark thank you so much. Way to grind and catch up thanks again my friend.
Oh yeah, those sliders look great, Kev! Nice use of those gift cards! Great to see Dom having fun in the snow! ATB pal! :)
@@MarkBryanRC Thank you very much Mark. Hope you like the next part. 👍
Nice progress Kev, that is one beefy front end now! The wiring looks a nightmare though! I wouldn't know where to start! Catching up on this build, see you on the next one! :D
@@MarkBryanRC Well hello there Mark great seeing you. One more and you are caught up 🤣😂🤣.
Nice. That red came out great 👍🏾💯🔥
Thank you very much and thanks for watching. Should be done soon.
Hi Kev, that is really starting to look gorgeous! That shiny red and black contrasting roof, looks truly amazing, your painting skills and patience are really shining through. Hey I think UncleBobRC might have a Blackfoot body in need to restoring 😂😊😂poor chap, placed it into storage, and the RC burglar has been at it 🫣🤔🫣, anyway your truck is turning into a think of beauty, great work my friend. @@BlessedRc90 Thank you very much and thank you for checking in and watching.
Brother, cant wait to see the paint work on this... those sliders, very nice!!!!! You are right, the holes do match. I'm guessing that's Dom's SMT 10?
@@UncleBobsRC Hi Bob thank you for watching paint very soon. Dom and his SMT 10 I figured why not lol.
@@madmustangrc214 He had fun, right?
@@UncleBobsRC oh yeah he had blast. I was running to just didn't use that video
Hi Kev, those metal rock sliders are a pretty close match to the front bumper, not bad at all for a pattern part. Certainly would be interested in the two sound modules, with a light kit and your great paint skills too, the truck is going amazing! I’m looking forward to seeing your cable management skills also😂😂. Hey jnr is a dab hand with the controls, some great controlling skills there, a chip of the old block eh? 😎😉😎I do hope that you and the family are keeping well. @@JF-RC Hi John thanks for watching and the great comments. Yes Dom is really coming along in RC for sure. We had a great new Year hope yours was great
Dude, I just remembered..... Maybe I don't need this JW after all.... I like the bumper, kinda the style of a rock racer.. Great video man...
@@UncleBobsRC lol all good.thanks checking in lol.
Awesome TRX build. Nice 👍🏾💯
Thank you and thanks for watching.
I have a similar one on my SCX10.2 and it is tough, I've nose dived it into the rocks a couple times with no issues! Wiring is one of the least enjoyable things on a RC for me, it looks cool once done but the process of getting it wired I find miserable! LOL! I hop it goes smoothly for you!
@@AddamsPlayground Thank you Addam. I agree that the wiring can be a pain especially when trying to find a home for all of it without being a mess and then trying to stay scale whoa right. Well if I pull it off it should be kinda cool
Hey Kev, just love the detailed rebuild of the front bumper, the camera position was just perfect to see what you were doing. Love the MIP drivers, might have to see about getting a set, as I’m currently using the Tamiya set, which one of the drivers has come to the end of its life. Neat trick with the magnet. You’ve got some work to do with the wiring, especially for having extra lights, sound etc….you’re going to testing your patience 😂😊😂 a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to you and the family 🎁🥳🥳🎅🎄
@@JF-RC Thank you John this build is going to test my patience for sure but I think or I hope the end results will be worth it. Thank you for watching and being a great friend. I hope you and you family have a very merry Christmas 🎄🎁.

@@AddamsPlayground I have had a idea for a few years now it's time to make real. Thank you for checking in.
Nice project Kev! Love the look of the new body, much better than the old one! I don't think I've seen you paint a hard body before either, looking forward to that Mad Mustang magic! Take care bro and all the best! 😎👊👍
@@MarkBryanRC Thank you for checking in. Well we shall see how it comes out good or bad lol and thanks for the comments.
Hey Kev, nice to see you again! Oh yes, a fantastic project for the work bench. Some great modifications to the chassis too, power, cosmetic and functional.
