I like watching Chad. I don’t like everything that he builds although I have liked a few. He is not a perfect person who is so yes he has faults. So what doesn’t that make him real? I enjoy watching him despite any criticism I may have of his projects and personality flaws to me I love his shows when he is building. As for Doug and Nate great guys but they can do well alone now thanks to the lift Chad has given them and I also wish them all well

Chad failed school, jobs, and marriages. He isn't up to most welding skills. The story glorifies an average man whose car is basically chopping the top, extending the front and back. It was his co-stars that made him watchable. Miss Jim, Doug, and Nat. Jolene is the real star. She created Chad and marketed him to TV .
