Poor customer service. Also, they will not let you give a review on their web site. They choose who can, so no one can speak about where they fall short. I had them install vinyl fencing last year, did a great job BUT when I called to get 3 pickets for my fence and two rails due to tree damage this year, the woman who barely speaks English said they would not sell me the pieces I need and they would not be able to even come out and give a quote for 6 weeks! Basically they sell you the fence, install then dump you. You can't find their size pickets at Lowes or Home Depot either or their size rail. Totally messed over.
