Please my camera is giving me troubles these days. whenever I on it, it tells me the battery is empty mean while it's not so. It also tells me Eror and further tell me busy anytime I try any button to operate. Please I need urgent help now.

My camera is supposed to automatically send my pics to my cellphone, but it doesnt & it seems to be quite finicky setting up bluetooth/WiFi! So, until I figure out how to properly connect my camera, I bought this Vivitar mobile reader from Walmart to use! BONUS...it was on clearance! 🤑😍

I'm choosing between this and the 650D. Which do you think is better? My primary purpose is video.
I think I’d go with the 60D if you wanted to be able to shoot in 30 fps, but if you wanted better auto focus I’d go with the 650D. With that said I’ve only shot with the 60D, it did me well. Thanks for watching one of my videos, best of luck!
Just found one on eBay, brand new, unused. Coming Monday, hopefully, can’t wait! Have a couple lenses already and a 550ex flash. Long time film shooter with an A1, and a T90, keeping them, love to shoot slides, but looking forward to digital. Have an old used digital Rebel my wife got me from work a few years ago, but really looking forward to getting into more with the 60D.

Best video I've come across for the 60d. Quick one, i shoot my UA-cam videos using my smartphone. I'm looking to switch to DSLR, would you recommend the Canon 60d in 2024 for UA-cam videos? Expecting your feedback
I’d say it’s a solid option still. I’m currently using an 80D now so I can shoot 60 fps. With that said the 60D is still great especially at its price. If you’re doing UA-cam videos or interviews it’s a great pick. If you need more slow motion though I’d look into something else.

2 questions.. does the camera have clean hdmi out for a monitor and how long is the video time before it shuts off or runs hot
Thanks for watching. The 60D doesn’t have clean hdmi unfortunately. Also it will usually shoot continuously without an issue as long as it’s set up properly and has a fast enough memory card. With that said default I think it’s set to go off after 30 min. I’ve never had mine over heat.
Great video Jacob. I am a little confused. Iphone 13 only has 30 fps cinematic mode. So can we shoot 24 fps film with Filmic pro in Cinematic mode?
Thanks for watching man. So I looked into it and weirdly the 13 only does cinematic at 30 fps. Weird choice by apple. So I’d suggest shooting in the native 4K most of the time and using the cinematic mode when you have a specific shot in mind you need it for. While 24 would be preferred I’ve shot plenty of stuff at 30 fps without issue or people really noticing.
Can it transfer the file from sd card to Android phones as well?
Yes but you’d have to make sure to get the right adaptor! Since most phones are on usb-c you should be able to get that and use it on most devices!

damn ive had my 60d since 2010 and still use it, great video!
ALSO make sure you're up to date to the latest software (1.1.2) because there is a BIG fix for zoom lens bugs in that update for the sensor's ability to adjust the focus properly.

No this was shot on a Sony A7SIII that we rented and my Canon 80D! Mainly because it’s a lot of low light stuff
Iphone x camera is bad
I mean compared to other iPhones or cameras now that it’s quite a few years later I’d mainly agree. You can still make the most of whatever camera you have though

Can you use the reader as an external storage device and take pictures on your phone stored onto the SD card then transfer them to a laptop?
In a way yes. The transfer might be a bit slow if you were off loading tons of gigabytes worth of files. With that said you could use it as a external storage, I transferred plenty to my phone when from their airdropped them to my Mac. No quality drop whatsoever. Thanks for watching one of my vids!
