I think it is a little under appreciated how powerful Illidan is here. He was under restraint and being transformed. He reacted and destroyed a being that is just below god tier in the WoW universe, and immediately defended himself from the killing blow of a bona fide paragon of the light. This isn;'t post miracle Fordring. This is Light-Dipped Turalyon. He who could smite any opposed to the Light. Illidan made him look like a common beggar at the Lion's Pride Inn looking for a thrill. We WILL be seeing him again. and SOON.

I like how Asmon these days shits on the whole thing "oh, Turalyon got his sword stopped, oh, Turalyon saw his religion destroyed before him and did nothing", and so on and so forth. While here, he actually experiences it as it should be experienced: noone messes with daddy Illidan.
