Seattle / Vancouver / Mt. Rainer Trip
And here's Seattle and things close to Seattle :)
Flew into Seattle & stayed in Ballard (suburb of Seattle). We traveled across the border and into Canada and spent a day in Vancouver, where we visited Stanley Park, Gastown and a restaurant on a river. Then we went back to Seattle where we toured the Pike Place Market & a few other areas around downtown Seattle and saw the Rangers play the Mariners at T-Mobile Park. The Rangers won :) And we ended the trip with a glorious hike in Mt. Rainier National Park. It was STUNNING there!

Really eery seeing the skyline without the towers, they were New York, they were more noticeable than the One World Trade Center could ever be. They towered over everything else, now the skyline is littered with buildings that are not much shorter than Freedom Tower.

Every American citizen should ask himself a big ONE question and try to answer it with the utmost sincerity and clarity and as frankly, impartially and objectively as possible: What is the real reason that pushed (and continues to push), motivated (and continues to motivate) groups or even individuals from Middle Eastern countries to carry out a massive operation like September 11 against the United States EXCLUSIVELY? What drives such individuals to carry out such operations, which they know very well will cost them their lives, and that, given the principle of worldly profit and loss, they will not see their results and will not even be able to enjoy them? What drives these individuals, who are in their twenties, thirties and sometimes forties, to throw themselves into certain and inevitable death just to attack America with this kind of operation and attack? Why are they specifically attacking America and not other countries? Why? Why just America and nothing else? Asking this question and looking for an accurate and honest answer to it is something that needs to be done. IT IS A MUST. In the search for an answer to this important and necessary question, it would be better to ignore what idiots Bush and Blair said in the first week of the events. These two criminals did NOT mention the real reason and the truth. Instead they tried to justify the wars coming at that time!! Ignoring what these two criminals said will help a lot in reaching a logical and objective answer to the question posed instead of settling for superficial answers that have no weight or value in the dirty world of politics and full of many lies and delusions just in order to hide the facts and continue crimes, k_illings_ and destruction!!!

This was the month I was actually steeling myself to fly in early November out to California after surviving 9/11 because I was still living in Brooklyn, but I was beginning to plot my move out to San Francisco, so I was going on job interviews. Naturally, the thought of flying so soon after 9/11 was a little unnerving, but I decided I HAD to get on with life.
