Starting over in a new city can be an opportunity to rediscover your inner light and find new purpose. Try small daily changes, like going for a walk, even if it’s just a short one, or opening the curtains to let in some light. Seek support from friends, family, or a professional to talk about how you’re feeling. Trust that you have incredible inner strength and deserve to find peace and joy in your life.
