Not a bad story but I guessed the first twist in the first episode. The music is horrible and out of place. Just because you own the rights doesn't mean you have to use the music.

He’s a little young but I can see him grow into a really good Superman. I like a more hopeful take on him.

I liked it a lot. I thought it had a Goonies type twist too. I like the fact that everyone thinks their planet doesn’t exist and the kids are all trippin over it because obviously it does. It’s THEIR planet! 😂 I’m anxious to see what happens. What did your daughters think?

I just streamed it. It was a great movie.

I was pleasantly surprised with the first 2 episodes. I agree with a lot of the points you make. The environment and practical effects are really nice. I really like the pirate themes going on. I think the delivery of some of the lines from the kids could have been better, but that's to be expected from a younger cast. Overall I'm really enjoying it so far.

The shower scene doesn't top the bedroom salt scene, imo. The shower is a lot bloodier yes, but the bedroom scene is so sadistic and personal.

I actually agree so much with this review

I'm not saying is a masterpiece and m sure mmy of its fans thin the same. But it's the legacy of Brandon Lee that's what keeps people from wanting it to be touched. He gave his all and he died for it. That being said I think this movie would have faired better if it wasn't Eric and Shelley. For me I feel like, this my not be the worst Crow movie, but it's the most boring. Too much set up and, if I'm honest, I didn't feel the relationship between the main characters. And the more I think about it it feels like Shelley is using Eric the whole relationship. She singles him out as a man with no one to turn too. Takes advantage of his feeing for him and uses them to convince him to help her escape. Then hooks him back on drugs to keep him around seemingly for protection I guess instead of leaving town to get away from Roeg. I just never liked her character and couldn't wait for her to die. Then the man trades his soul for hers even though it feels like the barely know each other for like maybe a couple weeks at most and she gets to live instead of him. I just didn't buy it in my opinion.

As usual. The stuff people like is surface level. Ooooooo flashy glow sticks go swoosh! That doesn’t mean shit when you don’t care about the characters or the story. Disney needs to get a grip and hire real writers. Stop hiring inexperienced people. The only actual show they have that has writing worthy of praise is Andor. That’s because Tony Gilroy is a professional. He wrote the Bourne movies among others that have gotten actors Oscar’s. He doesn’t even like Star Wars. He had a story to tell and he made sure that story fit in the universe. That’s all that’s needed. A professional writer who has a story to tell that fits. God it’s not that fucking hard Disney.

What can I say? It's a 2/10 garbage show... The only reason why I gave it a 2/10 was because of the little things the show has to offer: The first two episodes were the least offensive, but were still subpar at best. The actor playing Sol was alright, but done dirty at the end. The fight scenes, while flashy, ultimately meant nothing to me since I cared nothing for any character in the show. It's an utter mess... I'm 100% against making the Jedi bad guys, but if they are THAT desperate in wanting to go that route... At least do not just a good job, but an amazing job. But this show fell flat, HARD.

Loved it, really different to anything else out right now. Even my wife who doesn't usually like Sci Fi really liked it! Hopefully there is a season 2.

Qimir and Sol are really the only ones holding this series together.

Some of the Mae and Osha conversation was particularly awkward because there’s only one actress and they would choose a camera angles so we could see one of them talking and the back of the stunt double, then switch to the entirely opposite angle so we would see the other sister and the back of the stunt double again. It made the whole conversation seem very strange-we were not given the camera angles we would have expected for a normal conversation between two characters.

Ebery star wars show looks small now, it's then using the volume it sucks. That's what made andor feel so large because they actually went to places and filmed.

A lot of your points are off no one has a problem with different people viewing the force differently the problem is when they validated that that’s the correct view by the fact they were able to create life using the “thread” and no you can not manipulate the force to your will like that plagus and palp were trying to crest life and the force itself said “nah yall can’t do that and it responded by creating the chosen one to bring back balance this show 100% changed cannon and I’m tired of people just lying saying this crap is good you think it’s cool that’s fine but don’t justify it saying it “doesn’t break lore cause it does”
