Update (Oct 7, 2022): We bought a 2009 Montana 3400RL in Oct 2021 from a private seller. It's in great condition and it performed wonderfully during "our" maiden voyage from Michigan all the way to Kansas, Texas, Tennessee and all points in between. With proper care, it should last us into retirement.

Unfortunately they missed their “superior quality” efforts with our 2013 Hickory Edition 3150RL. We complained about the roof staples/nails poking up into the rubber roof for months until “Keystone” conveniently postponed any repair efforts until the warranty had expired. After having this repaired at our cost, the “authorized dealer” tried to convince “Keystone” this was a poor factory assembly issue but, they were also ignored. Consequently we can’t recommend “keystone” nor will we ever purchase another “Keystone” product do to their poor customer support and service.

I have owned 5 previous 5th wheels... We now have a 2015 3610RL legacy that has given us nothing but Trouble!. You talk about powder coating when non of the Fasterners are galvanized and rust out.. The fenders over the tires have NO support and screws fall off those fenders. We have had a Rear Spring Shackle bolt either break or come free making for a disaster.. You used the CHEAPEST pile of Junk Tires with Constant blow outs.. We have had the LARGE SLIDE Gears Strip not once but twice.. Ceiling Fan Blades fall off. Shower door handles fall off. The rear Emergency exit window handle broke and I replaced it.. It broke again.. The Axles were out of alignment.. Now the Black water tank is Leaking! Oh the Joy of YOUR "QUALITY" and Workmanship. The Hydraulic Ram under the Trailer was about to fall off because the bolt was just barely on.. In order to work under the trailer Instead of using self taping screws YOU USE NAILS!!! WTH is that!!?? The trim has come down many times. The Power Cord to the Truck and the 50 amp power cord must have been assembled by the SAME METH HEAD!! Wires are exposed at both ends.. MY advice to anyone wanting a 5th Wheel, Don't buy anything after 2002. The Parent Company of Keystone is THOR... They are an investment firm who does not give a hoot about their customers. Why should they?. They own 50 percent of the RV manufacturers.. Airstream, KZ, Tahoe, Keystone to name a few.. They used the CHEAPEST MATERIALS... Our unit stickered at 79000!!! Knowing what I know now I wouldn't have one if given to me.. How many of us break out into a cold sweat every time you take your RV out just wondering what is going to break next?? Do what you like, these are TRASH... You have been warned...

Beautiful trailer! I’m sure it will make the manufacturer a TON of profit while the owners pay for repairs made necessary because the manufacturer used stapled cabinets, plain non-treated plywood subfloor.

Who the HELL is upvoting this??? THESE RIGS ARE PILES OF JUNK. Did none of you see the wiring and cables rubbing on raw metal edges? The shoddy construction methods? Anything? I'm convinced the only people buying these rolling recycling bins are the same people that pay an electrician $120 for a service call to replace a 43 cent wall switch.

Ahahahahahaha, Keystone. What a pile of crap. That POS starts falling apart before it hits the dealerships. Then here comes some poor smuc, spends $$$$$ and buys one of the biggest turds on the market. Ends up making payments for 10 years on something that is just rotting from rain leaks on the side of his house. Eventually having to pay someone to haul it to the dump. Never buy KEYSTONE SHIT.

It's like having a real fireplace without all the mess and smoke! I received excellent service from Chris who sent me a 2nd remote as mine damaged by FedEx. I'm sooooo happy! Thank you!*

Forgot the radiant tech on the walls. Have a 2017 3820fk. The heat transfer is ridiculous. Everywhere there is framing there seems to be zero insulation. The RV might as well be a green house with all the heat that comes in from the front window and skylights. Running 2 ac's full time all day can't keep this hot pos cool.

  • @justinebright7813

Bought one that did not have a secure outer siding...made multiple calls and they would not stand behind their product even though when it was installed you can see where it is missing 14 screw holes that were only half screwed in. I called for several managers and they just say it could not happen. I verified with the previous owner and the company that has done all repairs on the RV and both state this panel was not installed. I would not buy anything from this company they do not product a quality product and they do not stand behind their poorly made produce. I just paid almost $3000 for a repair I should not have been responsible in my opinion.

My 2013 Montana 3725rl is the biggest pile of crap I have ever owned. Keystone offers a 1 year warranty and the season is 6 months long giving very little time to find out that somebody left building scraps in the holding tanks, the main AC unit died during warranty but not discovered until after, who cares right, too bad so sad should have lived in it and used everything during the 6 months morons! The tank valves, bound up to the point they couldn't be used, the black tank leaked season one and season two, imagine the fun we had with that stink 'eh? Too bad so sad pay up! The front LED's, last a lifetime right? NOPE made in China not even one friggin season!! Replaced each season, not bothering anymore, we simply won't use them. The landing jacks, leaked and made popping noises, 3k in repairs in season two, more repairs season 3, staples nearly popping through the cheaptastic rubber roof, Keystone, oh that's NORMAL!! Main room slide ripped the tiles because some genius drove a screw too far through the slide floor, the kitchen counter cracked, why who the hell knows!! IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET do a lot of research!! As for the general manager, ignore his word, they have no word they DO NOT BACK UP THEIR RV's!! I can post all documented issues and back and forth between the dealer and Keyston and my attempts at getting this POS fixed. We are going on season 4, we can't wait for the season, we have zero interest in camping because of the RV, when we can we are going to sell that pile of crap and go to a pusher. While the 3725RL LOOKS nice, wrapping a turd in nice clothing doesn't stop it from being a turd, avoid the turd.
