fun fact: this camera, the kodak M35/M38, Agfaphoto 35, Ilford Sprite 35-II, are all identical and come from the same factory that being said I love these guys, especially for hiking, cycling, running. They are perfect everyday carry cameras so you don't have to put your heavy Nikon FM or Canon P at risk
Literally ur a life saver ty
How do you change the battery? And where?
Hey, I just picked up this exact camera from a thrift but I’m having a hard time finding a memory card for it, which do you use?
I couldn’t rewind the film and I just pulled out , so I’ve got the reel in the box (small film box ) I tried not to touch and I could see pictures , could I still develop what I have with those negatives 🎞️ you think ? Let me know thanks
This was fantastic; video, process, shots, and music were great. Sitting on two rolls of 3200 I need to develop from my first time shooting a show and I hope they look even half as good as these. Cheers man! 🍻
what battery does it use?
I just picked up one of these cameras that has never even been opened before. Looking forward to giving it a try.
Quit buying cameras and get a new pair of pants! 😊
Great photos, killer music!
most of the picture you took that I like are the ones taken from eye level
When was this camera released? Cant find ANY information.
Mid 90s
Did you ever get it to work again? Mine died on me too :/
Hello everyone. How do I set the iso of the film? I cannot work out how to do it
The camera sets the ISO automatically
Oh you're from Halifax 😁 i am too. This camera takes beautiful images 😊
The "horseshoe" sliding lens cover...oh the retro details. 🤩I just found this camera for 9 bucks online - looking forward to testing it. How's the battery life?
hey looking for help here, my camera keeps showing LP whenever I try to take a shot. Took 12 exposures in and this problem arrises. Thought LP meant low power but I have tried changing out the batteries and the problem is still recurring

hi, did you solve the problem?
@@zrtmsn H i i didnt manage to solve it :(
hello, what battery do you use for this camera?
Two Double A's i think
Your advices for ideal aperture and speed in this conditions with this film ? Thanks
I have the same camera but it dosen't turn on but i dont have the same battery as you bc i put the battery by myself
Did you use a converter to make the photos better quality when downloading them onto a computer?
Hi Amy. The images are straight from the camera. I made minor adjustments in Lightroom. Hope this helps.
Love it 🐰🎞
It appears as if the field of view is pretty wide! 24mm maybe?
That's a weird looking Pentax
Hi! Great video btw! I just found one of these at the thrift store and was wondering why mine has a normal and panorama option. I assume that means it can do both? But how does that work when you get the film developed if there’s a mix of both?
As far as i'm aware. This camera adds a Black Matte over this film to create the Panoramic effect. So in a way it does both.
what film did you use for the camera?
kodak colorplus 200
Prix
Is there color
if u buy colored film, yes
Nice video! The b&w photos look so good. Newbie here, Is it possible (or a good idea) to shot a live gig in a small dark venue with a iso 400 film + flash ? I guess a higher iso would work better, but its what i have at the moment. I just want to know if its worth the try or should i save the film for something else. Thanks!!!
A lot of venues don't usually allow you to use flash when photographing live music. I would recommend a 3200 speed film as the images in the video needed a bit of adjustment in post. I was also using an f2.8 lens. Ilford Delta 3200 or Kodak tmax 3200 are both excellent films.
Do you always need a film roll? Sorry I really have know idea about this kind of camera. I just want to get one and I find this on the market. Please bare with me.
yeah you need to have a film roll to use the camera.
The film roll is like the sd card in digital cameras but the difference is that u can’t see the picture immediately (only after revealing the roll (chemical process u pay someone to do (some pharmacies do that) and then they give u your roll back and the pictures) and instead of having like 64gb of memory, u get for example 36 shots/frames = 36 pictures (36 is the max amount of pics u can get in a roll but it depends on the roll u buy since it can have 24, 26 (and a few other predefined amount of shots that I can’t remember rn). If u don’t have film, there is no picture basically. Hope this helped :)
Interessting video and a nice tiny camera :-). My first digicam was the Panasonic Lumix LS3, which I bought in 2007 and I have it still in use until today. With greetings from lower Bavaria.
bro you have really long fingers😂 but video is good, hit the like.
were the photos edited or were they the actual results from the camera?
I made small adjustments. But for the most part straight out of the camera.
And CR 2025 Battery in the back cover....? Open your camera. See the back. Please open the machine. Look at the CR2025 mark on the inside of the back cover. How to replace the battery? Master...
Great video
Hi! I just bought this camera and was wondering when you used the flash for each of these pictures? Did you use it all the time or only in darker situations where there was no direct sunlight/light? Thank you!!☺️
In sunny direct light you don't really need the flash. I would suggest using flash in most other situations. It's all about trial and error sometimes really.
I was wondering how one unloads the film and or if there’s a frame counter ?
There is a film counter on the little screen on top of the camera, I believe the camera should automatically unwind the film once the roll is finished then you just open the back door and take it out for developing
Do you think I can use for some cool indie fashion shoot
It would be worth a go. You will come out with some cool nostalgic shots.
you sound irish, australian, british, swedish, american, but also kind of... french aswell? damn bro my man be international
British.
Hey thanks for the video. For whatever reason my version does not tend to take the shot when pressing the button. I get the green light but nothing else. Anyone know how I can fix this?
Just a guess but maybe the button could need replacing?
Great video !
Where can I find memory cards for this camera?
There are plenty on Amazon or Ebay. Fuji XD picture Card
how to solve write error?
Hi, Can you give me advice on buying a kodak ultra9 or kodak m38? What is better than?
umm...Almost the same, I recommend the prettier f9
@@linkcskcms thanks😍
@@rubatoxis2802 the f9's camera is said to be a bit brighter.
were these edited or were they the actual results from the cam? :D
Small adjustments in Lightroom only.
