bro youre nice
Crazyyyy 🔥🔥
Came here from IG
Ähm … Thats just true. Most simple but important tipp yikes
Bro stop throwing your hips around like that. My wife is on here.
I’m a road cyclist who mountain bikes occasionally when I go on vacation and I’m not familiar with the roads. I’ll ride MTB for about a week at a time and when I get back on the road, I’m faster and more comfortable. Mountain biking may not be my favorite cycling discipline, but it’s the most technical and helps you tune your skills on all terrain. All of this to say that your tips really help lol.
I appreciate that!
Mama juejo
I subbed hoping for more jumping tips 😎
More on this please!!
That is some very good information and I am going to try to apply it today. I hired a guy to teach me to pump turns. After 2 hours he taught me nothing but his parting words were it’s just like skiing and those words taught me a lot.
25yr BMXer and newish MTBer here. When it comes to pumping and/or jumping...you need to learn how to pre-load your suspension. Read and watch videos about how to pre-load properly. That skill, the skill in this vid, and knowing when to corner with your feet level or with your inside foot high are the three most important skills to have on flow/jump trails.
Thanks ben! It worked!
You are WILD for biking on this crazt ass rocky hill
Haha! Just a little 🤏
*scribbles notes* "brake when you have traction, not when you don't" NODDERS
But like for real, that is something people have to learn when they start out! I just like saying it in simpler terms. Also, I think if you want to be good at downhill, or any mountain biking, you should start with as little suspension as possible to develop your technical skill What do you think about that? (Since you're a coach)
Yes! 👏
@@onboardwithben1230 okay cool! I know that's what people said at one time but I've been out of the game for a while
@@onboardwithben1230And that's how I learned and I thought it worked really well. You can get a lot more out of your equipment when you know how to get along without it
Ride bikes as kid don't need it 💯 I lived on a bike as a kid
So good!
Nice Ben. Yeah that's way faster than I've ever gone through there😋
That was badd ass my man!! Nice shot!
Nah, angle was decent bro!
Great riding! But one wrong move at that speed and you'll be a.. Deadass! (Rimshot)...(crickets sound)..
Good video. I think a lot of people who prefer to roll things are just as worried about speed they will be at on the terrain that follows as they are with the landing. If it's loose and steep with trees to dodge like that run out after that notorious Left Hand Straight Edge roll/drop, most non-pro people with a family the support probably won't want to drop it😂
CB is so much different in the summer then the winter
Scarier and better now...
Good job
Bike rider:your to slow try to keep up with me now keep up keep up keep up.
Where is the run through?
I wanna contact you 😊
Nice run 🎉
Thanks!
🤩
SICKNESS!!
Join the Pump track clinic at 10 am Sunday, July 30th at Valmont! Contact me to save a spot 🤘
It would be cool to get some raw riding footage, like your IG post style, either as shorts or videos. Great content keep up the good work
I've got some up here and lots more on the way! I appreciate you 🙏
Nice!!!
Nice uphill riding, Ben! I use to be all about that before I came to Lefthand. Now my knees and elbows don't like doing those moves so much :p
Thanks!
If you use an electric you will be able to do it again.
@zael ocelot That's true. Most real electric bikes that can do this kind of stuff are well out of my budget but I might get a conversion kit or an attachable device like the Pikaboost (if it ever releases) if all else fails. Probably won't help my tennis elbow issue much though since that's more of a stablization issue on those slopes but good suggestion.
Yo what bike is this
Marin Alpine Trail E2
@@onboardwithben1230 thx dude
Your bike is well tuned 👌
My mechanic does great work!

Captain Jack is such a good trail. Probably one of my favorites out of everywhere I've ridden!
Smooth!!!
Thank you!
Nice
Thanks!
Fuck yeah! That's a proper trail. Nice shredding
I appreciate that!
good
dame bro you must drank some redbull cuz you flying
Thanks!
Nice runs Ben! Where's that big drop located?
On Benny's. Starts on the right of the fire ring at the top of the little climb on Community college. Ends at the same spot as Bring the Ruckus
@@onboardwithben1230 Nice. Never tried Benny's...named after you?😋I might have to give it a go today if my elbows and wrists cooperate long enough.
@@JRHockney ya! It doesn't get ridden much. The baby heads on the chute further down took me out the other day lol
@@onboardwithben1230 Ouch!... wait I was supposed to go down the chute?! LOL. I ended up riding up the slope where the Step Up jump is and apparently you have to be going mach 10 to get any air on it. I checked this Trail out today after you mentioned it. Trailforks says it's a black run but if Bring Da Ruckus is considered double black, then this should be too considering its about as steep and even looser and bumpier. Also, I just finally rode every section of GZA today...bit sloppy on a few parts and nearly ended up with a back tire enema on the final roll but I did it! Lol 😋 Still kind of a breakthrough for me.
@@JRHockney wow! Keep it up, man 👍
Yeaaah boy 🤘🤘
