A video to document the changeover from old Class 315s to new Class 710s on the London Overground Romford to Upminster branch line. We begin with the final Class 315 trip from Upminster to Romford at 19:54 on Saturday 4th October 2020, with 315802 doing the honours. Then, we join 710107 on the first day of passenger operations by the new Class 710s!

On Saturday 3rd October, I rode one of my local branch lines from Upminster to Romford and back on 315802, as this was the penultimate day of service for the Class 315s. Here are my trips to Romford (16:24 from UPM) and back to Upminster (16:41 from RMF). Of interest is the wheel slip in the second video, as the rain became heavy while we were waiting for departure at Romford Station.

On Saturday 22nd August, I took a trip to Hanningfield Reservoir, but caught a few buses on the way so thought I'd make a little video. I'm back doing trips out, starting on Saturday 15th August with a journey down to Southend to ride on Ensignbus' take on the seafront Route 68. I rode on both vehicles, 392 (392MBF) and 339 (TSU 639) in the afternoon. Here's to many more days out!
