Trigona Panoramatos - Greek Cream-Filled Phyllo Cones that will rock your world! | Fresh Piato

These Cream-filled Phyllo Cones are called “Trigona Panoramatos” in Greek and they are made with Phyllo dough, the same we use for Baklava, and a custard cream filling.
It’s a Greek Traditional dessert originating from the city of Thessaloniki and specifically from the suburb of Panorama.
✔ Ingredients: (for 24 cones)
For the Custard cream:
◾ 1L Milk, whole fat
◾ 2 Vanillin capsules or vanilla extract
◾ 3 Mastic tears, powdered
◾ 4 egg yolks from medium eggs
◾ 150g Sugar
◾ 25g All-purpose Flour
◾ 90g Corn Flour
For the syrup:
◾ 2 cups Sugar (600g)
◾ 1.5 cup water (470g)
◾ 3 Tbsp Lemon juice (half lemon)
For the Phyllo Cones:
◾ 450g (1 pack) of Phyllo dough for Baklava (Fillo)
◾ 200g Clarified Butter* (or Unsalted Butter which you are going to make clarified at home)

Hi @FreshPiato thank you so much for your video. Can I use warm water as well or only room temperature water?! Can I chew also the Mastika and is it ok to swallow the gum?! I cannot have sugar nor alcohol, will the water extraction benefit my body?! Sorry for the many questions! What is the best mastics brand to buy or any Mastika sold in Middle eastern stores work as well?! Can I put the water and mastika jar in the sun for 40 days too?! Thank you very much in advance!

Two hours after I made this yummy receipe, I was still licking on the vicious rusk to break off. Those rusks should come with a warning. They are brutal, and the topping will not soften it enough so you can actually enjoy the whole dish. <insert horse teeth>

Mastiha is great, but 750g of sugar is way too much for 2 liters, it should only be 7% sugar by weight.
Hi! I used a different recipe before I found your video. My custard is way thicker than yours. it's 10 pm right now and the trigona are baking and I wanted to fill them in and take them to someone's house tomorrow so they can eat it tomorrow by 6 pm or so. Do you think they will remain fresh for that long? I wanted to avoid having to fill them last minute.

Δεν είναι όπως της γιαγιάς,η γιαγιά δεν έβαζε καρότα ,έβαζε καυκαλιδα απ'το χωράφι,λάδι βιολογικό μπόλικο και στο σερβίρισμα στο πιάτο την έβραζε στο τζάκι ,σιγά,σιγά στα ξύλα και το σπουδαιότερο μια χούφτα ελιεςτσακιστες και στουμπιστο κρεμμύδι ,αυτά είναι τα μυστικά της γιαγιάς,για τη φασολάδα,σήμερα τη φασολάδα ,την κάνουν γκουρμέ.....Τα νεύρα μου!!!!!!!!!!!😂😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
