Hi Ian. Thanks for the kind words and we are still progressing with other works to the property, including the Kitchen area and the covered terrace, but these are more longer term projects. Hope all goes well with your property and if you need a good, reliable builder, please let us know?👍

Hi,the apartments are about 120 euros per month and villas vary. Ours is 166 euros per month
