Well I'm going back to sleep. Its 3.35am 🇬🇧 so ill try this. I've been trying to lucid dream for so long but i think maby i have a couple blocked chakras? My intuition is on fire though and I'm seeing synchronicities constantly last 4 months. So any advice with my dreams problems much appreciated. Love light and strength ❤

FYI: if you haven't tried lucid dreaming. this is what I was instructed to do as a beginner... First, you must become aware that you are in a dream yet conscious, too, then once you achieve this state instruct one of your hands to move on command, keep doing this until you are successful. This may take some time and tenacity on your part to achieve this, but it is well worth the effort... Peace, love, and light to all

This is a terrible track for sleep. It needs to be consistent, but this fades out and stops, then starts again, abruptly, which is startling.
