From UI point of view, use dropdowns if filtering on multiple columns is required. You can also configure search box to filter on multiple columns

Looks the you are not providing the correct value in the Item ID column. it has to be list item id and in integer format.

You can do this by changing the source URL in the edit query screen

capture the numbers with country name in a separate lists for each country, update it's counter via flow every time it is used, reset the list item counter on first day using a different flow. year and date stuff you can retrieve form the current date.

Yes, use "get attachment" action then use "apply to each" action and use "add attachment" action to copy to the new list. I will try to make video on this topic next week.

Hi Alex, this solution can be developed in many different ways. Generally new email response include the old thread, one way is that you can replace the existing document with new one as it will contain the email history.

you can create flow, set trigger on item added or updated, then add copy file action to copy to another site.

Yes, it is possible. You can create a separate list to store the year counter. Then, use a Power Automate flow to increment the counter by one for each new entry. The flow will update the counter in the list and combine it with the current year to generate a unique reference number.

You can create an action in Power Automate to retrieve a file by its name by applying a filter on the filename. If no results are returned, you’ll know the file doesn’t exist, allowing you to create it. If the file is found, the process can be ignored.

Write a schedule flow, use, get items action in flow with filter addDays(utcNow(), -30, 'dd-mm-yyyy') , you will only get the records more than a month old. You can then loop through them and update items.

Use not(equals()) function.

It is just a test data that you can create easily or can import from your project excel file.

Go to list settings page. In the URL you will see the id like List=%7B661fb415-2f00-43fa-a569-2bea5ed16471%7D. ignore %7B and %7D as they are html tags, in-between these tags you have the list ID, in my case it is 661fb415-2f00-43fa-a569-2bea5ed16471
