Today we go just go fishing. We were able to catch a ton of fish fishing this small lake or big pond however you want to look at it. This was on a private farm and not on public water. The bait I used was a 3 inch imitation shad on a Mr. Crappie Sausage underpin. The pole I used was Lews Custom Lite 7' medium lite action rod.

In this video I am using Lews and Strike King products to put fish in the boat.

Today we find fish schooling up. The lake has been drawn way down. The fish are holding around 8 to 10 foot in 30 plus foot of water. They are very finicky but we were able to get them to eat.
