Thanks for the video! I blew my knee out dancing on April 2 and currently awaiting total knee replacement surgery. Very intense pain thus far. Had to make the decision to do couch tour as I couldn’t do ANYthing without extreme pain .. not ONE show this year. No spinning for me.. for another year lol.
