Something worth noting is that if you're trying to use this field for the first time now, your form is likely to be in "legacy format", which won't allow this new field option, and many others. To fix, you need to turn off legacy by going into the form's "form settings" options and set the toggle option to off. And this option is still far from useful without being able to give the customer a QTY field.

What about a contact form that has company name, person name, email and phone? Would you need to use three feeds to send to SF Contact, Account and Opportunity records? Right now, I can set it as 3 feeds to go to those records, but no way to 'tie them' (as PK or otherwise link them)

Why does hubspot show 2 form submissions when you make this connection? It shows one of the gravity form, and then one on the integration.

This video is only a year old, but my widgets page doesn't look anything like what you showed. This took me all day to get everything set up, but registrations are working for my organization's non-profit site! Combining with WP User Manager for account portals. I was almost done with Gravity forms until I saw this.

Transparency, please. Is this a paid add on? I do not see image choice in the GF add on page. Please be clear at the beginning of your demos if the feature you are showing must be purchased, or what subscription level includes the feature. This demo does not show how you were able to select the image choice in the top right panel. Thanks.
