Here’s the thing-- the Bible, at least the parts relevant to this discussion-- the Torah-- is written in Hebrew and in Hebrew, our words for the days of the week are incredibly prosaic and simple. Sunday is “Yom Rishon”, which literally means “1st day”. Monday is “Yom Sheini”, which literally means “second day”. What do you think “Yom Shlishi” means? Yes, “Third day” and yes, it’s Tuesday. Let’s skip ahead to “Yom Shishi”, the 6th day- Friday. Well now, what about the Seventh day? Well, we call that one “Shabbat”- the Sabbath.

They are sleeping in the grave until Jesus comes back. ----Revelation 20:4--And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. (IN HEAVEN) -----Psalm 115:17----The dead praise not the Lord, neither any that go down into silence. ---Ecclesiastes 9:10----Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest. ---Job --14:10---12-- But man dieth, and wasteth away: yea, man giveth up the ghost, and where is he? 11 As the waters fail from the sea, and the flood decayeth and drieth up: 12 So man lieth down, and riseth not: till the heavens be no more, they shall not awake, nor be raised out of their sleep. ------Ecclesiastes 9:5-6---For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten. 6 Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion for ever in any thing that is done under the sun. ----Genesis 3:19--In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return. ----Psalm 146:4--His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish. ----Ecclesiastes 12:7--Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. --James 2:26---For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. --Psalm 6:5---For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the grave who shall give thee thanks? etc, etc.

Thanks for your UTube ministry. I enjoy your and your dad’s messages. I especially like all the scripture references. One area for improvement: There is audio playing (usually music) in the background of many of your videos. Listen at 15:00 into this video. It is much more pronounced on my iPhone than on my tv with soundbar. In the earlier message today from your dad, it was very noticeable (listen at 25:00 into his sermon). The only thing I can figure is your video person is perhaps listening to music while taping. Thanks again for your ministry.
