Here’s what you can expect to learn:
-\tThe 5 pillars which that take footballers from good to great: Footballing ability, Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning, Psychology, and Networking.
-\tHow to dominate on and off the field.
And to keep things enjoyable, there will no doubt be a bit of banter sprinkled throughout.
You might be thinking, hmm those 5 pillars sound great but what do you know about that. Is this going to be some unsolicited advice from some wannabe? Lets hope not ;).
I’m Matt, a footballer and qualified physiotherapist that graduated from one of the top universities in the world. To compliment this, I’ve been to multiple sports dietitians, strength and conditioning coaches, and draw on 17.5 years of playing experience.
If this excites you, jump on board and lets leave a real mark!

rotator cuff injury
Will definitely help with shoulder stability moving from a more end range position. This exercise is less of a focus on the external rotators which is a large part of what the rotator cuff is designed to do but their involvement in stabilising the shoulder through movement will still occur.
