I have the walcom slim kombat I use for sealer. it shot base and clear just fine 25 psi 1.3 using a Devilbiss regulator Small fan around 9 inches I just got a used carbonio 360 hvlp for base. 28 psi then 24 for control coats. Atomizes well. Love it!!Done about 7 jobs with it I have noticed that I should not have the needle full throttle That could be the issue. Analog regulator and start out 2 1/2 turns out on the throttle. Some guys say they bump up the psi to nearly 40 on the clearcoat I’m waiting on the alluminio to arrive for clear so I’ll let you know. Don’t take the way walcom reps in the USA talk…. It’s a European thing🤣🤣🤣 they always sound serious 🤣🤣

It’s happening in the HVAC industry too. Don’t feel bad. Buy your China sourced HVAC stuff online. When you need it repaired good luck. There’s no warranty and you’ll end up paying a lot more to have it repaired, if you can find someone. So guess what happens after 5 to 10 years when you’re fancy, communicating, unrepairable electronic filled system breaks down? It goes to the scrapyard and they buy a new system from China again.

This video is stupid. None of this even sounds true. What really happened was the internet. Now the DIY guys and everyone else can just go on the internet and buy anything they could possibly imagine and more directly from everyone else. You're making up this big complicated flow chart for literally no reason. See my giant chart here, it says the economy and the world changed over the last 50 years, and you can see because of these boxes and arrows that it's all XXX places fault. No. Everything just changed, and now you're trying to make a living creating UA-cam videos so you had to make up a big dumbass chart to fill space in your video...

Technical AV is good. Nice background, although the marker Board needs to be a little bigger and have a little more contrast. It really helped. Disappearing graphics don't illustrate the supply chain as well, too hard to visualize. A good lecture. Lot's of knowledge to digitize here.

Good story; we run an upholstery shop in the Virgin Islands. We have some similar troubles as you pointed out, but most of the customer issues and attitudes come from NEW customers, who expect us to drop everything so they can get their orders done tomorrow, if not today. UH UGH buddy! We are a small, high demand shop also priding our work, and nothing gets done very quickly either by us or anyone else in the Caribbean. We try our best, and don't use "Island Time" as an excuse because it is pretty lame-but we tend to be booked up for 4-6 months. They don't seem to get that. Funniest part of all, is they don't realize it is an ongoing process-they find out our first available slot is in March, so February 15 they assume that is still possible! No-that was the story back in October, Now we will get you started in September. We don't like the pressure either. We put enough pressure on ourselves, making sure the quality stays high, which means if we put something together and it's not good enough, we are tearing it down or starting over--eating the hours on our own time. Your customers not understanding the health scare and hospitalization is a reflection on what has happened to society. That would have been unbelievable 30 years ago. I know, been a small business owner since 1985. Best of luck to you. We enjoy your videos, and hope you go wherever you want to with the business!

Well , I know exactly where you are coming from. I don't do customer seats or interior anymore. It seems like their lack of a planning is always my emergency 😂😂. Not anymore. What I do now is look for seats 💺on Marketplace or swap meets that I can customize and resell. Totally change the look of the seats and make them one of's. Vinyl, Leather, however the vinyl sell faster. Now I work at my pace. Keep up the good work 👏

You never mention source but I can guess from similar problems. Just now I was struggling to get my front seat back on a bench for my 4 door sedan, and after no-fit, I measured and many of the panels are over an inch-and-a-half short! These cost a ton and the wait was nearly 2 years (20 months) I did order extra vinyl and it does not really match. I do not have a professional sewing machine either, just a very old Kenmore portable I'm going to have to make work AGAIN. I already had to re-do the back seat back. (SMS in Ore.)

Hello, I came across your channel while trying to come up with ideas for my 1988 Volvo 244 DL door panels.. they are original non-waterproof floppy cardboard style, covered with vinyl and cloth.. You have inspired me, I thank you... I wouldn't mind making my own door panel using the original as a template... My dilemma is the panel top curves, then protrudes inward towards the glass, thus making a lip that has a window weather strip attached and a hole for the (push pull style) lock knob.. Can you lead me to one of your videos, regarding this style of panel.. This panel has two rectangular pieces of metal attached to the back, acting as a guide and a lip to hold the panel in place before pushing in all tabs. I have little talent in this area, but lots of ambition.
