This video itself is a lie. Fidium fiber was terrible. If it was good, why did i have to cancel after 3 weeks???

Fidium fiber sucks. I was with them for a few weeks and canceled for their lies and horrible deceptive practices. I signed up to get the 2gb speed and didnt get that. I was told i would only pay 75 a month and ny first charge was almost 300! Hahahhahaa ..stay away from this garbage company.

I have Spectrum, but they're telling me that my router is only partly supported... And that's why it has issues; being disconnects and high ping various times a day. I've had 2 tp-link routers and both don't work well. My current one is the AXE7800! I've still the issues. Oddly the told me they need to be mesh supported routers.

They suck. They tell lies. U don't get the speed they charge u for. As well they installed a bad router and tech took it and 4 2 yrs they keep trying to charge me 4 shit they boxed up and put on workman's truck. If u pay early they may cut ur service. Per them.

Frontier fiber is good when it works. But it is still extremely frustrating. There is outages every few days that last for several hours You guys need to fix this.. This is Not good for people who are working from home. I am currently researching other alternatives.

At 2:17 you say "providing you with a modem router" yet the screen says "free modem" but you proceed to say "that is included in your monthly plan fee"...so It's NOT FREE!

Optimum is a scam

Frontier installed service to the apartment where I live. It was an easy job as the buildings already been wired (this was a couple years ago). I wanted a download speed they told me I can have but after the install they told me I can only get about half of what they sold me. I said, well, there's other Internet companies who tell me they can so why would I stay with you? And before the technician left, I cancelled the service I bought that they couldn't provide, but they still charged me for it. $89

We need a Update from only being able to get 6 mbps down 0.6 up DSL in rural Ellington, NY!!!

Spectrum is no good. I have spectrum, and they have outages daily. These people are smart to keep the outages below 4 hours so that they will not have to refund any money to customers. Nevertheless, the outages occur daily for at least 2 hours each day. We called daily to complain, but it has not changed. They gave the same excuses each time. Please avoid Spectrum!

So let’s debunk WOW’s false claims that they don’t charge “Mystery Fees”. They are charging a “Network Enhancement” Fee that is not a state or federal fee. Maybe it should be called an “Enhanced Profitability, just because we can” fee.

Please dont use this company. ive been out twice for a total of 3 days out of the last 7. They have no idea when the service will be restored. They are NOT a reliable company.

Don't buy it! You don't get what you pay for. My Internet has been down for 2 days. So you don't get the speed you pay for or no Internet at all.

Even if you get good speeds the service is not. Heaven forbid you need a technician to come out. It’s unlikely they will do what they are supposed to and that is after you took off of work, and did “troubleshooting” for hours with several overseas customer service representatives. If you have another option, choose the other option

Do they really plan to transition all their customers from copper to fiber? If so, that gives me hope. All we ever had was dial-up from 2005-2010, 0.5 Mbps DSL from 2010-2018, and 1.5 Mbps DSL from 2018-2024. We are way behind the curve.

Not worth the money. It may be fast, but only when it works. Mine is down several times a day. Fast is great, but it's not worth a dam if going down all the time.

I was with ATT since dial up, broadband and upped to U-Verse broadband then went to Air which doesn't run good at all at my house. I regret trading my flawless U-verse for a crappy Air Hub. ATT doesn't offer fiber in my area and so I'm stuck. Thinking of going to Spectrum 500mb. I really only need 300mb, but I wanna keep my speeds high.

Brightspeed was CenturyLink divesting it's garbage DSL network because they didn't want to stump up the money to replace it all. Brightspeed talked a big game about it but has only put in fiber when states give them handouts of public money.

Would be helpful to let people know that WOW isn't just cable Internet. In some areas WOW is a Fiber to the Home Internet provider.
