I went to a Gay Fetish Store
Join me as I take a deep dive into one of the most vibrant and unique spaces in Toronto’s LGBTQ+ community - a gay fetish store in the Church and Wellesley area. Known for its open-minded atmosphere, this iconic neighborhood has long been a safe haven for self-expression and pride. I’ll walk you through the store itself, sharing a glimpse into the products and the culture surrounding it, from leather accessories to gear that some might consider unconventional. But there’s more to this place than meets the eye.
In this video, I speak with individuals who frequent the store and work in the area, exploring their stories, perspectives, and the impact of spaces like these on their lives. We discuss the importance of creating environments where people can openly express their identities, connect with others who share their interests, and feel seen without judgment. Our conversations reveal how the fetish community offers a sense of belonging and empowerment, allowing people to embrace every part of who they are.
Come along on this journey as we uncover the depth and diversity of Toronto’s Church and Wellesley neighborhood - a true testament to the city’s inclusive spirit.

Thanks for watching!
Love your videos man here every week, super diverse
These more traditional communities prove that people don't need college or university to make a good contribution to the larger community.
Absolutely. Hard working and honest people
He says Yonge only goes to Bradford (it actually ends in Barrie), but still titles the video "Yonge Street: The Longest Street in the World"...
There is much debate on what you say. Thanks for commenting!
@@PeopleandPlacesTV It's actually very easy to prove that it's not. Former Hwy. 11 turns off several times in Barrie to follow various streets and is never named Yonge again for the rest of its length.

Good video but those traps look like they’re junk. Maybe that’s what works there for whatever reason, but I’d love to get him some brandy new Maine style Hoovers
Haha. He has a mix of old and new. These were the old. :)
@@PeopleandPlacesTV haha thanks for the reply. And trust me, I understand dealing with old gear
@evergreen4034 no problem buddy! The trials of a fisherman :)
There are a lot of racist people here. Do not move here or visit this place. They will chase you out of town if you are not white.
Really interesting Sean. Would love to explore these places. Vocarious eill do. Nice work
Thanks!!!
Come back and let me take you on a proper tour lol. You didnt even make it to the lookout 😅. But you were so close haha. Plus the few remaining standing headframes, tons more mines etc.. (lavender fox is actually in an old headframe, and you didnt even know it - Coniagas shaft #4). Also, there was over 500,000,000 oz/t taken out of the area
I would love to come back! Was only able to shoot for couple hours but would be happy to visit again. Would love to tour the area too. If there are other cool stories to tell

well done. i'm not much of a fan of lobster but i can imagine that was amazing. you couldn't get any fresher
It was delicious! Thanks!!
When you were in town did you take a moment to check out the Boot maker and Used book store, It is Most definitely worth a look.
I missed those as time was very limited. But I’d love to go back. Hoping to head back for another tour of the area

LOVE Ridgetown ! My safe space ~ my happy place !
It’s a great place!
Great one! Planning my trip to go. Was the trail accessible by 4x4? Or only hiking/biking? Seemed like it was wide enough...but it's that pond along the way I'm not sure about.
I think you can do it with a 4x4 - just one or two spots might be tricky. Try and find the cemetery for me! I really wish I had but I couldn’t in the long grass
Burwash prison love it there hope u paid the owner to get in because he set cameras up and will the cops on you for trespassing like he did with me after I ask for permission and paid him and hope u go into the basement were the nurses area is
I signed the waiver and sent the cash. Was a fascinating place. Did you find the cemetery? I looked but couldn’t
Thanks again to the wonderful people of Ridgeetown - like & subscribe!

Super cool video 🎉
Thank you 🤗
awesome video!
Glad you enjoyed it
Neat video but you missed quite a bit. The TSX started in cobalt Cobalt had a Professional hockey team and I believe they won the first Stanley cup Or something along those lines. I go up there I have repelled into the mines there's so much to see and do up there if you know the right people. Otherwise it's just a matter of going around to look outs
I was super tight on time but would love to go back at some point as there is much more in the region to explore
"Elmeera" is properly pronounced "Elmira: with the long i.
Good to know! I knew I’d fail at some of the pronunciations :) Thanks!
Those train tracks are still being used, but not for the mines but for Freight trains to head north and south and the tracks are owned by the Ontario Northland
Thanks for the info!

Thanks Steve. It was great to meet and spend the day with you.
Steve, what do you love most about where you live and the community you are part of?
@@David-vb6tu I very much enjoy the strong community aspect of the culture I grew up in and still live in presently. Being around people that have your back when you need it but that also hold you accountable are aspects that I think help to make you a better person. I also appreciate the beautiful well kept countryside., the neat farms, and the many innovative businesses 8n the area.
Hello Steve, I saw this wonderful video and wanted to reach out to you. I own a boot factory and have been making boots and shoes for the Amish and Menonite communities in the USA. I wonder if there is a way to contact someone in the Canadian Amish or Mennonite community to be able to distribute footwear made specifically for these communities. Would you be able to help? Thank you.
Awesome video!
