I noticed two mistakes about the game, so I just wanted to quickly correct them in the comments: 1) The release date is off by one day, it'll actually be released on the 15th and not the 16th of this month 2) There isn't a bull transformation in the game, the ability you're mentioning is actually that of a rhino.

All releases are pc games and not all are Metroidvanias.

Great list! You gave me some great new games to buy, like Madshot and Blade Assault. And I'd like to buy Spiritfall and Astral Ascent in the future, when I'll find them on sales. As a "The Rogue Prince of Persia" superfan I'm really happy you included it in the list and at that position, with those great words! I don't agree on the game being empty though: there are currently 9 biomes, 4 bosses, 20 weapons, 50 medallions. There's currently more variety than other roguelikes and we're still half way through the early access. There are meta progression and difficulty modifiers those can be a real challenge. Just for reference, the footage contains 2 scenes from the very first 2 biomes. And I'd mention the amazing soundtrack, which is outstanding! I think the game is really worth it right now and I'm sorry that not so many people are playing it for now since it has already a great value. I'm at 230 hours so there are things to do 😃I'm just adding something to what you said in the video, I don't want to be polemical at all! Anyway, great choices again, I just subscribed to the channel 💪

At first I thought metroidvanias were excluded because they have their own lists but you put quite a few in there. In that case why didn’t you include Bo Path of the Teal Lotus? I don’t think there was a better pure platforming experience in MVs this year. It might even be the best platformer overall. Also missed some really good platformers line Garbanzo Quest.

played nine sols and than bo path of teal lotus. both are amazing! but i do enjoy bo's movement way more! also way better paced when it comes to obtaining abilities.

I played few weeks ago "The Last Faith & Blasphemous 1+2" and i can say, wonderful Game Experience! Very enjoyed the gameplaying, beautiful Style, Atmosphere, Boss Fights and much more.

I want to see a Spongebob beat'em up, or Teletubby beat'em up, something childish but maddenly over the top violent.

It seriously pisses me off that games arent recognized on their own merit anymore. A game is always "like" something else, as if the whole effort to make or play a game is wasted because you might as well have played the other one.

I heard Nine Sols is the choice. I also heard Nine Sols is so difficult as to be unreachable for some?
