@@aa-fu2jdhe’s a right place right time kinda guy. As were the whole band of Metallica tbh. There’s a very defined reason as to why; most everyone, like myself. Loves the first three albums, and is shocked by the change in their sound and devolution. At the time I was a kid, didn’t know they had effectively stolen Mustaines riffs that he wrote for the band, kicked him out and made a few albums with the content. The only albums Metallica is worthy of any credit for. As much as I love their sound, it was lifted and shit they were even forced to credit Mustaine on those albums he wrote so much. Heartbreaking as an adult to realize why their first few albums were groundbreaking, and their last ten have been literal garbage. Despite some of the bright spots in the band like Hammet. Mustaine is the metal wizard, now I understand his bs attitude and constant b fit. We would all be hella mad too. Writing a shaped sound is by far and away; the hardest part of any musical journey
