Interesting seeing you use an aristo ecu. Did you build a custom wire harness? How did it run prior to using the safc?
You can get a conversion harness from tweakedperformance It is almost plug and play. Just run 3 extra wires for direct injection. Also I am still using the safc2 as before with the 1jz ecu

'Uiteraard' was ik net wat op de telefoon aan het opzoek toen de familie Los voorbij kwam in de Quattro waardoor ze in de film missen. Dat moet even benoemd worden aangezien ze de vorige keer - terecht - klaagden dat ze overal tussenuit geknipt worden. Maar hier is het dus een kwestie van terrible timing on my end ;) .
those went in really easy, did you freeze them before installing? first i used a tool like you but by hand+breaker bar but it was extremely heavy. borrowed a 50t hydraulic press from a friend and made it super easy
It went in fairly easy indeed and with no freezing. Just out of the box and into the subframe. Using the special tools for these bushings together with an uggadugga served me well.
Hey there, thanks for sharing. I know this is an old video, but did you find that 2 of the 4 bushings (inner ones) section did not fit flush like the outer ones? I just installed mine and scratching my head as to why. The outer ones went in smoothly with a similar tool, but the inner ones got bent a little in that sleeve rim causing it not to go flush like all the others.

Any changes after cleaning??
Yup. They were seized up. After cleaning (needed to repeat the procedure three times) they went into my Toyota Supra and it's been running like a champ since. That's 8 years this year.

Toyota needs to call it something else. its against toyota heritage. we would have never had a supra if Toyota had kept releasing new versions of the 2000gt. none of us would ever have the cars we love if things had never changed. leave the supra in its own lane where it belongs. we want a new sports car, toyota, not a new supra.
Boosted Brian this car resembles the 2000gt more than any type of supra. It really could be the 3000gt.
