    Important to note: pentel uses dye based ink and is not waterproof. Tombow has pigment ink and is waterproof.

    In India, the pentel fude touch is for 150 INR ( around 2 USD) and tombow is for 110 INR each ( around 1.5 USD each ) on Amazon
