Big Rocky Trail - One Mile to Fingal Bay

Distance 3km. Used to be 4WD only, but anything with a bit of clearance will make it if you take it easy as the road is a bit dodgy.

Golden Weedfish
Переглядів 2065 місяців тому
Rarely seen due to their exceptional camouflage amidst the surrounding weed, Golden Weedfish belong to the Blenny family. They deposit their eggs within the weed, with the male assuming security duty. This likely explains why this particular individual has been regularly spotted in the area for weeks.

Diving the SS Undola - 4K
Переглядів 1208 місяців тому
The loss of the 429-ton collier Undola is still shrouded in mystery. The recently overhauled, seaworthy vessel was lost off Garie Beach, Royal National Park south of Sydney on 20 December 1918, while on a voyage to Sydney with a cargo of coal. None of the eleven crew survived. Two theories have been suggested for the loss. The first is that the Undola was swamped by a rising sea. The ship's hat...

This is why Ulysses Klaue was afraid of Cuttlefish
hiluyx gaaaaay
The Puddlefish was just looking for a human cuddle
Parrots everywhere are rebelling.
Thanks for posting…awesome concert, I was there 🎸
Yeah - they go alright!!
Я увидел только что твоё видео снятое 17 лет назад 😂 Столько всего произошло за эти годы, а ты всё продолжаешь выкладывать видео. Значит у тебя всё хорошо?😂
not big
And the guy filming an waving his arms like he's important but in actual fact standing in front of the recovery strap asking to be killed especially with no blanket / dampener
There were a half dozen onlookers that could have had a really bad day if something broke
ну один дайвер прикормил, она по привычке кляньчить еду приплыла, а этот ей по морде.....нехорошо получилось
Stay out of the oceans. Everything in them wants to eat, bite, sting, drown and generally hate us.😮
Almost instant death.
The cute widdle cuttlefish just wanted to cuddle. 😆
all i can say is im so happy i recover myself and never ask for help ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
That diver did something, cuddlefish are chill little dudes. The fuck you do to that cuddlefish, diver?
Thanks for sharing. Diving there on Saturday hoping for some good vis.
Good luck It's an awesome dive when the visibility behaves
(I can’t believe this video is 17 years old ) - I saw 3-4 small cuttlefish in Virgin Gorda , BVI. It was really close to shore , and their movements were synchronized. It was thirty + years ago , probably lasted 2-3 min and it’s one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen.
Your light was threatening it
It really bit him?!!
Now I feel powerful when I eat dried cuttlefish in snack-sized packages!
It’s pink!
Cool 🙂
Looks like a nice place to dive.
Yeah it's a great dive
Thanks! Always cool to watch
Cool view of the devil, i've never caught sight of them out of their cave
thanks - yeah they are pretty shy. Best spot is Jervis Bay, there are a lot and they are swimming around freely ua-cam.com/video/lPVWjhBsfyc/v-deo.html
@@AussieDiver wow thanks for the link that is awesome
Cool dive
Very nice ❤
Glad you've started posting again over the past few months. I haven't jumped in yet this year as said earlier but enjoy your vids. Last dive was Bare and haven't done the south side yet so looking at this vid that'll have to be my next! Looks like a cool spot
Bare Island hasn't been in good shape since the rains last year. A lot of soil was deposited around the island. Seaweed was destroyed down to 8m. It will take a while to come good, but it'll get there. Kurnell is certainly the better location to dive in the bay
@@AussieDiver oh no that's not good. Not surprised really as it has been raining hard the last few years.
Have been enjoying your vids and for the tunes. Making me itch to get back into the water again. Been too long! Cheers
Thanks Scratch that itch - jump in!
@@AussieDiver too true, just got to do it 🙂
Cool
Just Awesome :)
Thanks for sharing. Nice dive 🙂
Thanks mate
That's pretty cool.

This is why playing hide and seek with a cuttlefish sucks. They don’t move. They just change color and texture. You can hear them breath while you count.
why's he so scared tho XD
I think that’s a pink meanie
Run away....run away!!!...... That fish is dynamite!
Cameraman always survives.
Lot of funny comments. But their beaks are incredibly strong a bite from her? would of been very nasty indeed, certainly capable of taking a finger/s off. And any blood in the water is never a good thing.
He just wanted to cuttle
Seems to be a cutelefish
I live in Western Australia, quite a while ago, maybe 20 years(?) a diver died in an accident with a Cuttlefish. From memory it went for his head and grabbed hold of him, knocking his mouthpiece out. It was near Rottnest Island.
Flight Attendant - 5:41
That's a lot of calamari.
All those fish and didn't take a fishing rod
Size of a small rabbit…
To bad we can’t make a cuddle fish skin wet suit they are true shape shifters
Diver died at Rottnest in the 90""s I think. Cuttlefish took a chunk of his ear off and he lost his reg. Wouldn't let go of his face. Lots having a laugh, and but defenceless land mammal under water is near the bottom of the page defence ladder.
Wow - I have seen a Cuttlefish steal a camera and another take the mask off a divers head
@@AussieDiver Yeah, if anything in the water does not like you, best to get the F*%#k away from it, regardless of the size.
Did that belong to Orderouse Urungus. Only a Gwar fan will get that.
