Thanks for the video! What concentration of vinegar are you using, surely not 100% (before mixing with water)? But that's what I'm interpreting from the word "pure" on the bottle.
1 part Vinegar - 1 part Water Let it fill the system fully and run the taps so the mix is in the hoses. Leave it for 30-60min, then flush it out, rinse with regular water until no smell of vinegar, repeat if can taste vinegar once smell is gone Great video, thanks!
I haven't cleaned my dispenser in 11 years and I'm still alive. The water comes out clean. Just don't use dispensers with plastic reservoirs/pipes/wands. Stainless steel only.
If you have the middle unit (the one where the jug goes underneath) and you're up for it, the lid has two screws on the back. Remove those and the lid pops off (it sometimes gets stuck near the buttons). Next you remove two screws off the reservoir cover and you'll have access to the reservoir. There might be a build up in there that needs a little scrub with a new toothbrush or something. Then you can run the flush again. Sounds like a lot of work but it really isn't, if you can set aside an hour. You'll only need a Phillips screwdriver to get the screws off.
This is our second K-Classic. We had our first one for many years, so when we had to replace it, we wanted nothing else but this exact ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf model. We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.

Thank you for the video. I haven’t clean my cooler for the past 8 years thinking when it says” self clean” meaning I don’t have to clean it myself until dirty stuff came out from the water. Anyhow your video is very clear and well instructed I was able to clean my cooler. Thank you

Do the bottom mount units have a filter and if so can you send a link for replacement filter? Great vid!
My cold water works but not my hot water. Does this pump just pump hot water? What makes the pump go? Is there a pressure sensor somewhere?
I need to get to the containers on the inside. I’ve followed these instructions several times but still getting pieces of brown slime.
