Petite démo. Une pulsation présente mais pas gênante, et c'est selon les sons utilisés en amont et après. Et avec ou sans noise gate. Aucune gêne. Small demo. A pulsation present but not annoying, and it is according to the sounds used upstream and after. And with or without noise gate. No discomfort.

Each with my preferred settings, so not a real comparison since the settings do not correspond. Euphoria in 18v, for more headroom. test 2 de la Tone Oven de TAMPCO avec un préamp plexi crunché. Sire S7FM, préamp Deep Zone de FredAmp, CABM de Two Notes, AUDIENT id22. Deep Zone: canal plexi crunch CABM : Celestion G12M Greenback 4x12 closed Test 1: micro manche, simple bobinage. Son clair, Tone 1 et Tone 2 avec Grill Test 2: Humbucker chevalet. Idem Même réglages sur le préamp et sur la Tone Oven.

32 years old tube preamp ! Complete check-up and cleaning. A new tube that radically changes the sound of this Tubeman Plus from 1991. We have gone from a rather cold and hard sound to a warmer sound, less distortion but more headroom and harmonics. A dynamic crunch and a lead closer to an overdrive. And by pushing the gain, a less cold and more musical and precise distortion. A real treat to rediscover this antiquity. Here we go again for a few more years.
