5. ½ Tablespoon Urad Dhal
6. ½ Tablespoon Cumin seeds
7. Handful of Spinach(Palak)
8. 4 to 5 Red Chillies or Green Chillies
9. 10 - 12 Curry leaves
10. Finely chopped fresh coriander
11. 3 cups of Water
12. 1 cup of Dry Roasted Semolina ( Uppit/Upma Rava/Rave)
13. 1 Tablespoon Ghee
14. Salt for taste

    Hello Parsh, I hope you and your loved ones are all well ... Nice to see you try something new (I love to cook), this looks easy and very tasty ... the only thing is you give no measurements (they are important), should we use a teaspoon of salt or a pound of salt (LOL, that kind of thing) also cooking times would help (should the wrap be turned every minute or wait till it is golden brown about 5 minutes) I think these things will help the subscribers make it right and tasty the first time they try your recipes ...       I agree with you on mentioning the measurements, but it is left to the individual based on their personal taste. I prefer not too spicy, I put half teaspoon chilli powder. But you can add less or more based how you prefer. 😊.
