3:07 it is because you bleached it so all pigments are gone, going dark over it means it’s empty and will not look good. Next fill the bleached / blonde hair with red(s) in different tones w/c then you can go dark more “ natural “ coverage
Your hair was already bleached before and not grown out or cut off. Meaning you only need a color strip / remover 😅and maybe then bleach again or actually just dye it blonde as it already is bleached with colors layered on top
