This is our story. After many many years in Florida, we decided to change things up a bit, so packed up everything we own including our cat, Spooky, rented multiple trucks, and moved across the country. We found our paradise in Williams Arizona on a 20 acre parcel nestled in the pines. This blog follows our story as we remodel an existing cabin, build a new house, and cultivate the land. We will have challenges, like adjusting to snow, but also great pleasure in slowing down a bit, watching the deer and elk feed in the meadow, and creating a new home and way of life for ourselves.
