After class I head to the coolest bookstore in downtown Salt Lake, Eborn Books. Located around 250 South, this bookstore has bookshelves in every nook in their three story store. I didn't even explore the lower floor. They have everything under the face of the sun and more, and it's a used bookstore so there's always new and old titles on their way in.
Afterwords I stopped for lunch at Gandolfo's New York Deli, a sub shop located above an Irish pub around 150 South. That sandwich was to die for.
