Unfortunately when you call Suntrup south you can’t get through. When you leave a message they do not return calls. Also this will not prevent people from breaking into your car and busting out the steering column before the realize they cannot start it.

We gotta know who our issue is with. It’s not them, it’s the people who make the car. They just sell the car.
I can assure you everyone in the car business knew about this problem. You can rest assured the sales folks were told to never mention it. Hard to sell a car that way
I think it does help and I was a victim of car theft. They aren’t the makers.. they’re the sellers. The issue we have is with the manufacturer.. god forbid someone tries to help us out and still that’s not enough. They’re doing more than the manufacturers are and for that, they did help their customers. $200 vs the thousands it cost to get it fixed if you get it back is magnificent. Thank you .. FOR TRYING! Give them some credit. I don’t see Kia and Hyndai doing a thing to help.
I have paid for the damages to my car a club for the brake and for the wheel. The cost should have cost cheaper are a discount for those who have been affected.Thanks for coming up with something but this did not help your customers cost wise.,..
This is good to keep the car from moving. I just wish there was a way to keep the steering wheel column from being broken.
Really disappointing that Hyundai can't see clear to provide this to all car owners at no cost. This is a major flaw in the security design of these cars. As a consumer and customer, I would have expected this to be offered at no cost, or at least at a minimal cost of $50 or less. I'd just as well purchase "The Club" for $50. 1986 technology is better than 2022 technology when it comes to this solution. I'm going to rethink Hyundai in the future since they clearly don't want to support their customers on this widely known issue which could be easily resolved. Not customer focused on this one, Hyundai.
Is this for all models?
Worst service department ever. Do not buy a car here or deal with these people. To maintain your warranty they make you do all of your basic maintenance on site and then do everything possible to avoid the responsibility. Terrible awful rude service writers. It's a joke.
The SX model has a 10 inch screen and not 8. Nice car and thanks for the video
