If this was Jeff Lynne's only song ever written he would still have been inducted into the hall of fame. The whole "Time" album is a musical masterpiece, even with the imperfections that are easy to spot in a retrospect. What he lacked back then in post-production he more than made up for when later producing Traveling Wilburys and Tom Petty.
