I'm proudly Caribbean coming from Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹, I've been heavily inspired by channels like Mike Boyd, Yes Theory and Charisma on Command and football (soccer) is one of my favourite pass times!

This LIE is why you will NEVER gain Confidence or Social Skills (and how to AVOID IT)
Social skills and confidence are like a muscle - you can build them and you can lose them. But the thing is that a lot of people make it out as being something you can't change.
Honestly, that's been a thought that has always frustrated me because personally, I've worked quite a bit to be where I am right now. Also, I think a lot of people have fallen for this lie and never try to change their confidence, speech or social skills, even though they want to.
Hopefully, this video helps break that misconception down :)
