Westbound Intermodal.

A BNSF Westbound intermodal train in Surprise AZ. This was taken on January 19, 2021. On my way home from work not far from a pretty good sized Intermodal yard, I saw this monster of a train going along the tracks next to the highway I use to go home. Since I was alone, I obviously couldn't film it while driving so I had to turn off on the road I use to go home. For those of you in the Phoenix ...
Denver to Phoenix B737-800

This was a great day for flying. I used to live in Colorado and absolutely love Denver International Airport (DIA). We taxied out from Concourse C to Runway 25 for takeoff to the southwest. For those of you who are curious about startup procedures, it's normal to start the #2 engine first (the right side) and then the #1. Something else that has become common is for the pilots to start only 1 e...

    Awesome video! Great to see something from such a small airport! Dont listen to @SkyWestCRJPilot. He trolls on pretty much every video with United Express in it trying to prove people wrong.

    Facts straight and cards on the table. I am the poster of this video and I will clarify the information for the picky crybabies. United Airlines contracted Skywest to handle this flight for them because the passenger load is not enough to justify an A319 or any other mainline plane. Skywest owns and maintains these planes and UAL allows them to paint them in UAL mainline colors. Skywest is ALSO contracted with Delta. By the way, it's just a video grow up and quit fighting.

    Nice shot in La Veta. Boiler jacket was that lovely green when they bought #18. This year they painted the tender brown with gold striping to match the new paint on the cars.

    @SkyWestCRJPilot My problem is how rude you acted towards the poster of this video. You are in the industry yourself, you should really try to protect our image, the public already looks down on airlines as if we are the scum of the earth, especially when you are the guy saying their flight is delayed 2 hours or its cancelled. Just don't be so rude and everything will be fine. Apologies for being an ass, but I am sure you see what I am saying.

    @SkyWestCRJPilot Pilots you make all pilots look bad, I pray I never have the displeasure of loading your aircraft.

  • @DerPilotMann
    @DerPilotMann 13 років тому

    @SkyWestCRJPilot Alright, dumbass. That is what I am saying. It is MARKETED as UNITED EXPRESS. Even if its OPERATED (meaning the plane belongs to, and the flight crew is employed by) by SkyWest, the boarding pass says UNITED EXPRESS. They are contracted. Just like the company I work for (AWAC) is contracted to do ground handling at some UAX stations. Not a single person ever claimed UA owns CRJs, however, this IS a United Express flight.

  • @DerPilotMann
    @DerPilotMann 13 років тому

    @SkyWestCRJPilot Actually, the flight is marketed as a United flight, quit getting your panties in a bunch. Skywest is operating the flight as United Express.

    @KOMATSUIRONM4N It's not a bad machine to operate. It gets the job done and can be fun at times. I personally prefer to operate Caterpillar but this one pays the bills and keeps me working. The good thing about it is that all we've had to do is routine oil changes, etc.

    Minot? Why not! Good video SkyWest is a pretty cool carrier.

  • @UAL012
    @UAL012 14 років тому

    @SkyWestCRJPilot I am aware of that. Skywest uses CRJ-200's and CRJ-700's. UAL's fleet consists of Airbus A319, A320, Boeing 747, 757, 767, and 777. I am extensively familiar with UAL's flights and operations. I should have mentioned that it was a Skywest flight and that is my mistake.
