Love your videos, but please stop with the sound effects whenever you’re highlighting an item it very it’s very distracting. I thought it was just me showed a couple other people the video because we just purchased, but they might be interested and they actually said turn off the sound and put on close caption because they also couldn’t stand. We have a large fully shelved walk-in pantry also and it's a game changer! No food other than tea/coffee/spices is stored in the kitchen and we can also store large cookware, paper goods, pet food, Tupperware etc etc.

No, no, no! Bumper to bumper traffic due to all the construction going on. The traffic to the “bridges” May take 30 to 60 minutes then add another hour from there to actually arrive to your beach destination. From a 5th generation Floridian.

Understood. Very difficult to find in Wesley Chapels newer communities, especially in townhomes where they take care of exterior and landscaping. The HOA in the villas is only $11 per month.

If there is a place that doesn’t have a HOA then I’m all for it. Yes those places have a more attractive look but it’s not worth it in my opinion.

Are there pools built into the homes as well?

We moved to Zephyrhills 3 years ago because Wesley Chapel was too expensive. We don't regret it.
