Go 1000 hands down. Chris traded his 700 in and got a beautiful 1000-5. He is still speechless! Not even a hesitation, 1000 has more comfortable seats, better ride, roof line is lower and yet ground clearance is higher. And let’s not forget the power, and speed.

My 700-4 has done everything I wanted too. However cant go wrong with the 1000

I really loved mine… but I was starting to crave more speed, and a more comfortable seating position/ride. I was trying to get my hands on a talon (but good luck). I have moved onto a belt burner Polaris SXS

@@offcamber3324 oh I'd like more speed for sure think they should have put at least a 4 speed transmission in it but it will do for me I ride and deer hunt with mine so I'm good

For normal riding it wasn’t a big deal. There were a few times I wished I had it. I have since changed directions to a “belt burner” I was looking for a more comfortable ridding machine/seating position. The 700 is like driving a box truck threw the woods.

We started going to Lost trails in PA, fun Rocky little spot. Now we like to go to Famous Reading Outdoors, also in PA but much bigger and offers all different kinds riding.

Definitely would have spent the money on the 1000. The Talon is a sport UTV faster, and more geared for speed. The Talon will offer a much smoother ride as well. The Pioneers are a more utility vehicle (Dump bed) stiffer ride. But both are very capable in off road use.

@@offcamber3324 did you need to lift it to fit 28 and if not do they rub?

You do not need to do a lift to fit the 28’s. They will clear with no issues I just really wanted the extra ground clearance because I found myself getting stuck on lots of different obstacles. With the bigger tires and a 2 1/2 inch highlifter lift I have over 14 inches of ground clearance now

Ah the three step hill clime? The 700’s are Billy goats. Went up there, and ended up winching the Polaris up the hill.

We went with the SYA Warrior Riser Snorkel kit. Pretty easy install. You do have to make a single cut to the stock tubing, but it also came with all the tubing to relocate your breather lines for the front, and rear differentials. The tank breather, and the radiator fan breather.

Thank you, the windshield is from super ATV. It was very easy for the install and I’m happy with the quality. So far it hasn’t scratched up yet even with all the mud, and the struts are very strong you can have the windshield in the open position ride hard and it never comes close to closing.

I used SC1, it helps to prevent mud buildup. Leaves plastics looking clean and shiny.

They have just enough power to go threw it all. You will just do it slowly. 😝 if I could put a 1000 motor in there... that would be amazing.

Chris has the Deluxe, and I do not. We have been in some slow moving technical trails where I have cursed not getting power steering. At speed you hardly notice not having it. If I did it again I’d spend the money on it.

It's not the power steering that helps it the manual shifting. It allows you to shift faster or go through the gears smoother.

Be ready to drop a few bucks. Lol Unfortunately there is a long list of must haves. Definitely buy a winch, if you get stuck she is pretty heavy. Tire upgrade is a must too. The machine will bottom out on everything. Roof is I nice improvement also.

Amazon is DEADLY the first 4 months after you get a new SXS. I suggest putting the credit card on auto pay, and don’t even look at what you spend!!! Remember, it’s smiles per gallon!!! Not miles per gallon!!
