I have same problem. Funny that I can open the window with remote (keep remote open button on for a few seconds) but I can not close the window with remote so I had to open side panel and physically move window up by hand. Look up mastic gum for H. pylori And do some research on licorice root for h pylori and you oughta find your answer there
